WeeVee have been brilliant. Super friendly and helpful. Car took a long time to arrive (which wasn’t their fault) but they kept me updated and then helped me through all the stages right through to delivery of the car. Thoroughly recommend.

I took delivery of my car yesterday and…

I took delivery of my car yesterday and the process was very straight forward and easy. The car arrived by 10am and the delivery driver was excellent. My issues are around communication and clarity around delivery time at the time of ordering. I understand that delays can happen in production etc.. But you need to be clearer with people at the time of order placement as to their lead time.

Mostly very good

In general, I am very happy with the service provided. The lease is at a competitive price and the car was delivered as promised.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
My one niggle is the difficulty in getting an EV charging point installed at my home, which is ongoing. This only reflects tangentially on WeVee, but maybe they need a better partner in this area.

Vehicle delivered as promised. Lovely car.

Delivery was very efficient as was the overall process.

My only observation is that perhaps the delivery company could spend a little more time with the customer explaining all of the functionality of the car.

Outside of that observation though, very good indeed.

I read a few negative reports about We…

I read a few negative reports about We Vee before I used them. But I can honestly say that I have nothing but praise for them and the service that I received.
They were very polite. They got me the cheapest quote that I could find anywhere on line. And they kept in touch with me as things progressed.
What more could anyone expect from a company?

Having given them a 5star review for…

Having given them a 5star review for their service in supplying a vehicle I now realise they are a sales organisation with no post sales support. We are committed to a fleet of electric vehicles but will never use WeVee again. Once they have your business they don’t care about you.
