Fantastic service from these guys, very communicative in helping me with the right size so I could get my order correct first time. The coat feels like it's brand new second hand. I went for the north face summit series 700 windstopper and I can't fault it. Feels and looks brand new, the quality of these costs and the service provided is second to none

No response from a message I sent Us, Vintage. They say they can re-stock vintage items ( not possible). UK Law says online businesses have to offer returns and refunds. We Vintage say they don't offer a returns service. I genuinely believe that I have been scammed. Buyer beware. Update: We Vintage did contact me after I left a message through Instagram. I did state that I didn't trust them to send my order and that I would like a refund; they did refund me shortly after I sent the message. However, I was sent a photo of the jacket I purchased ‘back on the rack.’ with a row of obviously new North Face jackets (navy ones) in the background. How We Vintage can say they are selling vintage North Face jackets is doubtful when they have vast stocks of coats in the same colour and can restock them. I always thought vintage items were in short, or even one-off supply. I was also sent a photo of maybe one of the owners sticking his tongue out and giving me a one-finger salute (I have kept the picture) We Vintage stated to me that we do accept returns if faulty.

i loved the puffer jacket i ordered! it arrived quickly and it was great quality. perfect for the cold weather as it keeps me super warm! and the color is pretty :)

Amazing experience, i ordered a north face puffer from here which came really fast and looked brand new, but i wanted to exchange it for a different one, exchange process was super easy and really fast and i’m so in love with my new puffer!! the condition is amazing it literally looks brand new, couldn’t recommend more 💖

I ordered a black puffer and when it got here i saw that there was a big hole that was sewn. It also took 3 weeks to arrive in belgium. When i contacted them they were rude and didn’t want to help me directly.

Initially I was very disappointed with the long shipping time and the wrong color of the jacket, however they were very helpful and they refunded me. The jacket is perfect, it looks new

Had an issue with an exchange, a member of staff got in contact with me after I wrote a bad Trustpilot review and we sorted everything out. Exchange coat arrived quickly, 4 stars only because staff only contacted me after I left a bad review but otherwise very happy with everything

Bad experience. the jacket I received was extremely dirty. There are lots of stains everywhere. I can't even get my money back. I'm so disappointed

The north face jacket came in even slightly better condition than I hoped for no holes pretty fluffed and didn’t stink like some other vintage places. I am planning on getting another puffer soon 👍🏾.

Both coats i ordered arrive in such good condition and in quick time, and any questions or concerns i had they were super helpful and quick to assist.
