I bought a gorgeous north face about a month ago and I’m quite happy with it. We Vintage has brilliant communication with kind and helpful qualities. One problem I do have is that I was not aware of the hole previously stitched up on the jacket sleeve, it’s not too noticeable but I do think an item slightly damaged should be notified to the buyer. I also found two toothpicks and a tissue in the jacket pocket. Otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am OBSESSED with my puffer jacket, it looks completely new, in great condition and really puffy, also really great customer service, they answered all my questions even though I had loads ! So happy with my experience, I really recommend buying from here :)

This is the best website I’ve been on for vintage clothing. The selection of north face jackets and college sweats is amazing and very reasonably priced. Little touches like receiving a Stinger candy bar with my order are class, and the postage was so quick… Burberry and Prada pieces also on the website will be my next purchase for summer for sure as the quality of the items is insane 10/10

Fast delivery and good tracking information, just know you probably have to pay fees if you live in europe. I didn’t see this, but they said it on the website tho! I bought the the north face puffer and I’m in love with it, defenitly recommend it!

I can't comment on their products as i couldn't get that far! (luckily). I asked for a picture to be sent of the jacket i wanted. The next day a picture was sent but of the wrong jacket. I sent another email asking for another picture to be sent and was told next time they were in the office they would do so. A month later i have had no reply and the jacket is now out of stock. I am not prepared to spend £160 on an item i have not seen, from a company that does not do returns and does not reply to emails. I found the same jacket on eBay with pictures and saved myself £15.

Bought 2 puffer jackets from their website over the last few months, will be returning again 😀

Don’t trust Wevintage and don’t buy anything on this site ! We bougth a puffer jacket for my daughter and paid over 200 Euros. When it arrived :
1/ it was full of yellow stains
2/ it was completely squeezed into a small plastic package and therefor no longer puffy at all.
2/ I had to pay an additional toll fee of 35 Euros (that was not mentioned anywhere when I placed the order). Please note that we already paid a transport fee of 15 Euros.
I have written to complain, but have had no reply so far and Wevintage does not propose refunds.

They sent the item to a wrong address and won't admit it. They told me it's because their printer prints labels automatically but I asked to change my address in the order 5 minutes after placing it! Very unprofessional of them. So money lost and no help from them or Royal Mail. Can't trust.
