Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful from the original call through the sales process. The guy who called and did all the photos (Ross I think) was very friendly and helpful. Van collected and payment made quickly. Would use again if the need arose.

I don’t know if most of these reviews are fake but the company does not reflect what was advertised. Firstly my appointment was cancelled on the day. The agent I had for my virtual appointment was horrible patronising and nothing like the website advised I mean the process. It felt like the agent wanted to find faults.
I was valued 700 pounds less than the original price total rob dogs. I won’t be recommending this company to no one the whole experience has been stressful. Everything is slow and I’m still waiting for my payment plus another appointment for collection that the agent says can take 24 hours if I didn’t need the money I would never use this company horrible and rude!!!!!!

Give you price on cat the want to steal it off you and offer 700 less than they quoted absolute waste of time
Just was desperate people like the offer was crap as it but to go from 1800 to 1000 is an insult should be called we want to steal any car

Excellent service, and much better offer than "the other we buy.." Everything from the virtual appraisal, Daniel was polite knowledgeable and patient, to the payment process, Kat was extremely helpful and polite, was so simple and straightforward. Even the two guys who collected the car were polite and funny. Can't fault any of it, so happy we used this company, will definitely recommend!
