I had a brilliant experience with Jeremy Nice who was the agent that viewed the vehicle I wished to sell. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. He took his time viewing the vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. I was informed of the selling price which I was happy to go ahead with and following providing bank details and crossing all the t’s and dotting the i’s the money was in my bank account within a matter of minutes.

Useless. Gave me a quote online, I phoned to book appoiment, was put on hold and then got cut off. Phoned back and was told someone would call me back and surprise surprise no phone call. Waste of time. Got a reply saying someone would phone me back but of course no one has.

What a waste of my time. Online valuation of £3535 for an 8 year old car having done 200000 miles so clearly not going to be in showroom condition. But the car is generally in very good condition for age, and mileage; full service history, drives well, no body work damage, excellent interior etc etc. A couple of minor scratches and stone chips as expected on a car with this age and mileage. Maximum offered was £2400! after haggling. So nerly 15% lower than the online valuation. I expected a small drop but the price should be much closer to the original figure given when there is very little wrong with the car. If you want a quick trade sale look elsewhere.
The assessor even phoned arguing with head office car was worth more but could get anywhere, no wonder all of them are out a job next month as they are making customers do all the pictures etc via link moving forward, and then once they have the car collected then offering less than what is proposed, company is now terrible, won’t ever use again…….

But the car is generally in very good condition for age, and mileage; full service history, drives well, no body work damage, excellent interior etc etc. A couple of minor scratches and stone chips as expected on a car with this age and mileage. Maximum offered was £3,800 after haggling. So nerly 15% lower than the online valuation. The whole process was smooth and efficient, Liam was very friendly and reviewed the car quickly but thorough. Got offered a lot less than first quoted which I expected but managed to get a better price with Liam's help. The payment to my bank account was instant.

What a joke - they wasted my time and at the end said “this car is not for us” and went away without any offers. Why did you give me an offer before if this car is not for you? There was no faults or issues with the car.
No wonder there is all negative reviews but I thought will give it a try anyway

From the telephone call to arrange the appointment to having money in the bank, everyone was polite, friendly and I believe I got a realistic price for my car.
This is a much nicer experience than with that company that make you sing and dance!

Classic company running from a basement with multiple different websites and operating names/domains. Don't waste your time with them. They're epic time wasters. Since I was renting a room and don't have utility bill in my name, they don't want to buy the car. So, they don't want any car, that's fake. I would be more concerned why they need the proof of address, especially when they won't even accept mobile bill. I offered them utility bill on my friend's name as he was renting the flat and they refused. The agent had to put me on hold on every question to ask her manager. Clearly not a company you want to deal with.
Any company that's not happy with passport is not worth your time. Don't give utility bills to a random company with questionable background just to sell your vehicle. Any website in UK asking for proof of address is probably theirs, as for some reason they need more that 1 with different brandings.
I asked the agent if they need the proof of address to open a current account for me or take a loan but she was losing her words.
I took 20k car finance 3 years ago and they didn't ask me for proof of address, I don't need proof of address. Never anyone asked me for that for the last 7 years that I live here every time I'm changing cars. I told the agent I'm going to leave them a 1 star review and she said they're ok with it. Happy I was able to help them.
Response:
You Need to see ID to make sure the registered owner is selling the car, and I offered passport. There is no better ID than that. You DON'T need proof of address cause it's NONE of your business the accommodation arrangements of a seller. I understand that 2 dummies created a company over there but don't try to convince anyone it's a requirement to sell a car. I've mentioned it to 25 people since yesterday and they're all still laughing that a company with barely enough income rejecting customers cause they asking for things they shouldn't ask. The car is already spoken for and will be collected tomorrow. I don't want to receive a phone call from you, I don't deal with amateurs.

James White is a professional. He seems to know a lot about cars and have definitely been in the trade for a while. He was professional and took time in explaining the process to me. Though I didn’t get the price I wanted, his negotiating skills convinced me to sell. Great guy. Definitely an asset to your company. Highly recommend company.
