'Appointment times' are meaningless.

can this company now stop contacting me, really need to communicate. I sold my car to them called to arrange collection and purchase, 5 times i called and was promised a call back to arrange, i never got a call back even though i was promised by separate internal people. i left a very true but poor review on trust pilot, guess what, i got a message someone would call me and sort it out, three guesses yes THEY NEVER CALLED BACK!! Now i am getting mails and text messages about selling my car! I've now sold to to webuyanycar.com

If you want to know if a company is going bust offer them business and see if they ignore you. I have phoned twice to make an appointment and have been promised a call twice. Still waiting. Going to go to Motorway or Webuyanycar instead. This company will be gone by the end of the year.

I accepted an offer for the car. I phoned couple times in a week regarding the car and every time my details were taken and I was told someone would phone me. still waiting. No phone calls. Poor customer service

This company are a complete rip off gave me a quote online that was acceptable, carried out photos and videos of a car that is immaculate for its age. they came back with offer that was 50% below market price absolute time wasters

Throughout this clear and relatively simple process, Cameron and the rest of the team were excellent. Was very impressed with the video technology used to carry out the inspection/valuation and I had a reasonable offer for my car in less than an hour overall. Having accepted the offer, the logistics team were immediately in touch and my car was collected 3hrs later; having received the agreed amount in my bank account ahead of them driving away. Doesn’t get much better than that and can only commend the team in how they conducted themselves throughout the transaction.

Shocking service or lack of it. I called and left my reference number and after 2 & 1/2 hours no one had called me back as promised. I called again and they advised me someone would call me back asap, still no contact.
Steer clear of these as other companies do what they say they will!
They only get in touch when you out them on a review.

The aftercare was fantastic, especially arranging the pick up/ the pick up itself and the transaction arrangement and payment, quick and efficient. The chap arrived, confirmed the car value and condition, called the office and payment was made within 20 mins. I was annoyed at the start of the process because they lured me in with a high value and then offer way less - my car was as good a condition as it could be for its age so i felt that was misleading. Also the phone system is terrible and i called for literally hrs trying to get through. However, once i was through it was quick easy and better value that we buy any car

Absolute amateurs arrange to come in a 5 hour window then ring half hour into the time to say they can't come in person and will do a virtual viewing then offer me a price so would be waiting days for valuation and payment ,even though I told them I had arranged to buy another car the day after,would not recommend these clowns to anyone

Online valuation of £3400 for a nine year old diesel car with 75000 miles and full dealer service history. Recently serviced and long mot. The car is average condition at least.
So the valuation man arrived checked everything out and had a test drive.
He was very good at his job.
The valuation came in at £2600 which after some words with office was increased to £2800.
An offer of £3000 would have done.
On auto trader there isn’t a diesel car in the whole of Scotland with fsh and less than 100k and years older for £3000.
I realise it’s not the same comparison, but way off the mark.
So the conclusion is don’t bother unless you want to be disappointed.
I left 2 stars on review as the valuation man was very good. Otherwise the only star they would have got was the one over Bethlehem.

I made an appt. by phone call - they kept me on hold a little too long for my liking before they answered (about 20-30mins) -but the lady i spoke to was very sweet and helpful.
The gentleman who came to survey my vehicle, Chris, was an absolute saint.
A credit to his company! Excellent phone manner and communication throughout the day regarding when he would arrive. Our interaction was nothing short of sublime. He was kind, patient, funny, easy to talk to, honest and to the point where necessary. He talked me through the entire process and cleared up any questions i had.
I must say, that may have been the best customer service experience i've ever had; like talking to an old friend.
In terms of the valuation for the car, it was truly very fair. In all honesty, with a service like this it should be expected that you won't be getting the highest price ever but you should already know that that's the pay-off for the ease and speed of service.
If you're anything like me, and quite simply, the value of your time outweighs the tonne of hassle it is to sell privately, this is the way forward.
