These are fake guys
I ordered deer statue sculpture from this website. It’s been one and half months. Package not arrived at all. They given one tracking number, it keeps changing, no use at all. I tried calling everyone whatagift, international carrier and local carrier , no one able to locate my package. They promised me a maximum of 4 weeks delivery time at the time of ordering. They are not trustworthy and pathetic. Try avoid buying here.

Not to be trusted.
bought from what was marketed as an Australian site, but no the items were shipped from China. I like to shop locally due to environmental reasons and one deck of cards is possibly counterfeit so I will never use this website again.

Shipping and delivery was very poor
Shipping and delivery was very poor, if you don’t have the things in stock than it should say that in the order form as you order it. Items I received were not like what was pictured and I received the wrong thing on one of items.
Customer service was fantastic though, all of my emails were answered very promptly.

The team was very unhelpful
The team was very unhelpful. Thought I was receiving a set of 3 statues, which I happen to receive only one from the set for a ridiculous price. The lady on the phone when I called was outright rude and could barely understand her. Will never shop with this horrible site again!!!

Purchased a glass chess set
Purchased a glass chess set - kept me informed about delivery and when it arrived with a chip in 1 of the pieces they replaced the whole set and it arrived promptly. They kept in touch through the whole process and I would buy from them again

I am sorry about your delay in delivery. I can see that you placed an order on 7th August and goods were delivered within 21 business days as per what was mentioned in that particular item you purchased.
We currently work with over 100 suppliers from Australia, New Zealand, US and China who ship our goods out for our customers and each product mentions how long that product will take for delivery. However we are trying to improve shipping times by negotiating better shipping times with courier partners and we will soon be within 7 business days for most of our goods before Christmas.
Once again sorry for the delay for your delivery and hope you give us another chance in the future.
