Do not ever order from this company.

This 'gift' took over 3 months to arrive. Both pairs of slippers were 3 sizes too small. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not ever order from this company.

Hi Teruaki,

Sorry about the delay in delivery, as we mentioned on email to you that the order is stuck with customs and due to COVID 19 it is taking longer then usual. However, if the order never reaches to you we always offer a full refund. WE will keep an eye out on this and give full refund if it does not reach in next few days.

Thanks
Natasha
