I purchased something in January guess what Im still waiting bloody pathetic

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS AS WELL. HAS ANYONE GOTTEN THEIR ORDER OR REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY? THIS IS VERY SAD FOR A COMPANY TO DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS. I JUST WANT MY ITEMS OR FULL REFUND.

First of all, take a look at their "Contact Us" site and then Google their address: 1487 Clair Street Nolanville TX - NO SUCH STREET IN NOLANVILLE, TEXAS!!!

That should be your FIRST clue. (I tried Google Maps and there is nothing all of Nolanville matching this. However, according to Google, there is a 1487 Clair Street in Argyle and another one in Vidor, TX. At least they got the zip code right however, if you mail them something, where does it go?)

No phone number on their "Contact Us" site either.

That should be your SECOND clue. (What kind of legit company wouldn't have a phone number for customer service?)

Please don't get ripped off by these guys. If you do, you've been warned.

Sorry I did not read reviews before purchase. Three months and no product sad to see it is a scam. Donotbuyscam.

I have ordered from this site and never received my goods email several times received reply say it in the postal system it is a scam please don't buy from this site.

My experience with this company was the worst. I ordered a product for 15.00 it or more, never recieved it. A couple responses were just tracking numbers. Supposedly on its from China. Still no product and more no response. Do not buy from them

Scam! Fraud! Ordered product over 4 months ago and never received it! They will not refund my money. But constantly saying it’s on the way.. This is ridiculous!! 4 Months??? Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company. It’s a scam!

If I had known this was coming from China I never would’ve ordered from them. They don’t disclose that upfront. I have yet to get the product that I ordered. But in the meantime they inundate you with more ads for more junk. I anticipate that the product I ordered is just gonna be garbage! 06-08-2020 Update… I don’t know if it was garbage or not because as soon as it showed up, which took forever, I sent it back without opening it.

Absolute SCAM! Do not buy anything from them. Ordered 4 months ago. Haven’t received it. Never will. And will probably never get refund.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered nails and paid for shipping.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! It took 3 months to get my order! That was before the Pandemic even!! Now I’ve got it, and it’s as cheap and fake looking as it can be! They won’t take it back because of that! Only if it was damaged! Their customer service gave me the run around for months, never giving me an answer to my questions. NEVER will I order from this company again! NEVER!

This company is a Scam. They Only want your credit card information. Please do not buy from them!!! They don’t have a customer service phone number to contact them.

This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a product at the beginning of Jan and still have not received it and it is APRIL!!!!! I emailed them numerous times...1st asking where my order was and then finally that I wanted a refund and did NOT want the product anymore. The have sent 2 emails saying their orders have been delayed...the 1st was because it was the Chinese New Year. They had the nerve to send another email today saying their Easter products were available...…. DO NOT order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You wont get your product OR a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered January 20, now March 31. I've had a confirmation letter but that's it. Complete scam. Don't waste your money folks.

This is a scam - you don’t get your items and you don’t get your money back. Do not buy from them

I placed an order on January 21, 2020, order number WTY234312. I originally saw this on Facebook and felt sure that this would be a legitimate company. As of today, March 21, 2020, have not received notice processing, a tracking number, or anything else to ensure that I will be receiving my order. I have demanded from the company twice now a refund of $73.88 that I spent on this order. I would say this company is most likely a scam, and it’s hard to believe that Facebook would allow such a travesty of a company that Is non-responsive to customers and completely ignores our request for a refund.
