I submitted an order for three different items. Two of the items came in (after a lengthy wait), but the third item (supposed to be orthodic inserts for shoes), came in as foam hair rollers. I emailed them, they asked for pictures and they sent a replacement. A couple weeks later, I received the replacement. I opened the package... MORE HAIR ROLLERS! I emailed them and this time, they treated me like I was lying. I sent them pictures of BOTH sets AND both package shipping labels that have "Hair Curlers" typed on them. They disregarded me and never contacted me back.

I placed this order 1/22/2020. 2 months later still no product. I have contacted customer service numerous times. I have requested a refund, and am getting no response. At this point a refund is all I will accept. Stay away!! This website is a scam!!!

On January I ordered a cream for my hair and is 3/13/2020 and my order was not delivered, I think this is a scam. Becareful everyone.Ive send them emails and they refused to reimburse my money.

My experience similar to other reviews....Purchased early January and have not yet received my product - strongly suspect this is a scam company.

Do NOT buy from this company, it is a scam. I ordered two products and never received them. I asked for a refund and was told it was outside the 48 hour refund policy. Luckily I used PayPal so I filed a dispute, once I did that they created a fake tracking number. PayPal gave them ten days to have it shipped but it was never shipped, they did not answer to PayPal. Thankfully I was able to get a full refund only because I used PayPal. In the closing PayPal stated they have had so many issues with this company they are going to stop them from using PayPal. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and use a different seller. If you do receive your item from what I've heard it is cheap junk. I did see they are starting to use other names of Facebook AD'S so be careful. Funny how the comments on the ads are great until you filter to see all comments then you will see the truth. You can also go to the Facebook page and see the reviews which are accurate.
I didn't realize I already reviewed this company, sorry I just want to save people from going through what I went through.

This is a scam and fraud company!!! I ordered almost 2 mos ago and never received my order. They keep on saying its on process and will receive soon. When you track nothing is showing. Dont be fooled by this website. You will lose money and will be frustrated.

I don’t recommend buying from them, I didn’t receive my purchase from January 9th 2020 and emailed them to see why such a delay. They then informed me that they would look into where it is and if I don’t get a response in a couple of days to then contact them again which I have done several times with no reply. I have asked for a refund and it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. No reply and no product! They have my money of course so looks like they are scammers

I wish I looked up their reviews before I bought from them. Thieves!!! Facebook shouldnt allow these scammers to put an ad!!! Kept telling me to wait 15 days for a tracking number... A month has passed by and still wait 15 more days.

It's $45 so I could care less but I hope karma gets you big time everyone that "works" there.

Never received my order lie after lie from this company just stole my money tracking number is a fast does not exist and when email they don't answer if they do just more lies don't order you will do you money ask fot my money back no reply am going to see if my credit company can get it back this is stealing so wrong

Very poor service they are mail order thieves. I ordered windshield nano over month ago. I contacted them and was told to be patient. I did not know I was ordering from China or I would have never. The tracking number shows no activity and when I tracked in us it says label created but nothing ever been received. I so wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. I've requested a refund let's see if I get it

I ordered the messy bun early last September or late August (to give the company the benefit of the doubt), and as of this date February 15th 2020 I still have not received it. I emailed the company to cancel the order and request a refund since the product never came and I was told I would not get a refund! If I can track the package, so can they. They could see I was not trying to get a refund on a product I had received. It has said it is in the same place since September 29, 2019! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE THAT COMES FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER UNLESS IT'S THROW AWAY MONEY YOU ARE WILLING TO RISK. I SHOULD HAVE PUT MY MONEY IN MY KITCHEN TRASH CAN FOR ALL THE GOOD IT HAS DONE ME. I DON'T EVEN WANT THE MESSY BUN AFTER THE EMAIL EXCHANGE WITH THEM.

I've yet to receive my order and can't get any answers

I bought magic pipe cleaner from them on December 8th 2019. It actually arrived on February 7th 2020. The bottles have 100% chinese labeling and no english instructions. I emailed them for instructions on how much to use because i want to make sure this crap is not going to destroy my pipes. So far no reply. They took my money when i made the purchase and kept it for 2 months until i received the product. Not good. I emailed them about my product and they sent me a bogus tracking number that didn't work. I guess i should just be happy that i got the product. Never again
