Product never sent, messages never returned

Made two orders and waited for it to ship but it never shipped by the date they said it would. I reached out to them and they never got back to me. Basically, they never sent the product and they never responded to messages on email and Facebook. Currently working through a charge back with my bank.

Product was never delivered

Product was never delivered, payment card was charged, and my account on whatprank's website now says I never placed an order. Disputing with my bank now.

They suck

They suck. The product never showed up and when I reached out-4x-I never received a response other than their "customer service" would contact me in 24-48 hours. Never heard from anyone. Don't waste your money on these dbag scamers!!

Total scam!

Bought two, they charged my account and then never shipped. Their “customer service” is a bot and only replies with automated messages. This company is a total scam and I ended up filing a claim with my bank to have the charges reversed. Their emails also bounce back almost 90% of the time.

Scam

I ordered a package and never got it delivered I've reached out to customer service and they said they'll respond in 24-48 hours its been a week and no response ,if I try to track my order it says still in fulfillment . This place is a total scam do not waste your time or money

No delivery and no valid proof of shipment

I placed an order with What Prank on June 13, 2025 (Order #60746). To date, I have received no delivery and no valid proof of shipment. Multiple emails have been sent, but no resolution or refund has been provided.

Advice: exercise caution before ordering from this company.

Failed to ship with no response from company

I used this website to prank my sister a year ago and it was fine. I just used them again for someone and they failed to ship on requested date. It's now two weeks over due and zero response from email, web chat, or social media account.

I ordered this prank and was never delivered

I ordered this prank. They took the money out of my account on April 2, 2025. It was supposed to be delivered May 5, 2025. However, I never received an email with a tracking number and the person I sent you never received the package. I tried calling the straight to voicemail. Says voicemail is full Emailed several times. We’ll get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. It’s been seven days since the last email I sent. It also said for faster service use our chat feature. I use the chat feature nobody ever responds. So I did dispute this charge with my bank and they refunded me the full amount. I think it’s just a scam and I will never use that again and I also think the reviews are fake. Be aware and do more research that I did not do. I should’ve done more research and I didn’t don’t be like me and do your research please.

Company is a sham.

Company is a sham.

They charge, provide tracking, then never ship, and won't respond to emails other than an automated response saying to expect a reply in the next 24-48 hours.

I'd give them a zero stars if I could.

DO NOT buy anything from this place

DO NOT buy anything from this place. I ordered a prank February 27,2025 and as of today March 13, 2025 the prank has not been delivered and the tracking still shows a label has been created. I have sent several emails and tried calling the phone number listed on the website and it goes straight to voicemail.

Complete Scam, Customer Service Will Never Respond

I knew someone else who received one of their pranks as a gift so I thought I would give it a try for a friend. I should have walked away and kept the money that I spent on this complete scam.

I originally placed the order on January 29, 2025. On January 31, 2025 I was notified that it had been shipped. The item has never actually been shipped. In fact, the item likely never made it to USPS. A label was created and USPS is still awaiting the item. This is the only information I have been able to get from the company and it was an automated email.

I reached out to the company via email on February 6, 2025 because I can understand short delays, but this is getting insane. The automated response I received by said that I would receive a reply within 24-48 hours. Nothing. February 10, 2025 I reached out via their website chat during business hours and was met with an automated response saying that they would answer later. (Note that the email had said this was a quicker way to get support if needed - I'm still waiting). That same day I also reached out via Instagram direct message and comment on one of their posts. No response.

February 11, 2025, I reached out via the online chat again only to find that my original message from the day before was still sitting there. Customer support does not exist.

February 12, 2025 I both called (sent directly to voicemail) and sent an email. Again, the automated response said I would receive support in 24-48 hours. I am not holding my breath. I will be filing a dispute with the credit card company because I have given this place ample time to respond to all of my inquiries.

UPDATE: February 19, 2025
On 2/12/2025 I left a negative review on the company's website. It did not go live, but instead said that it would be reviewed by the shop owner. I never received any communication as a follow up to any of my previous inquiries or to that review. However, I checked on the tracking for the item the next day and lo and behold, they finally decided to ship it. On 2/18/2015 the item was finally delivered. At this point in time I had already filed a dispute with my credit card company. The negative review never went live on their website because they didn't publish it and I have never heard from the company. I stand by my original 1 star review because of the lack of customer service and accountability.
