Kaila was very knowledgeable, responded quickly to any questions and concerns, & the day of the action she made me feel in control of my body & the whole experience. She had checked on me post partum & I know if I need someone to listen or advocate for me she will be there! I couldn’t be more thankful for my birthing experience this final go around!

Kaila is probably the most amazing human to walk this earth. Not only was she well informed, but she was so hands on. She became family. Kaila provided us with a wealth of knowledge that eased so much of our anxiety. We booked her for prenatal and postpartum care. From the minute we had our first call with her, we knew we had chosen the right person. We immediately felt at ease during our first meeting. We had so much FUN learning about any and all things pregnancy and birth. Whether it was weird pregnancy symptoms, labor information, or just listening to my concerns, she was there. If there was ever a chance that Kaila couldn’t be there, she always reassured us that someone from the WhatTheDoula team would be. I was given resources, remedies, and relief with Kaila and with WhatTheDoula. We are forever grateful for the love she showed us and the fact that we were able to have an empowered birthing experience that I felt SOME level of control over. I could brag for hours about how happy we were with our time, but I know our attention spans don’t last that long anymore. So I won’t hold you, but BOOK BOOK BOOK WITH WHATTHEDOULA ASAP, MAMAS!!!!!

After every session with Kaila my Husband and I feel extremely confident as new parents! So so patient and full of wisdom and advice!

I’m a new mom and was having issues breastfeeding. I reached out to Kaila and she immediately responded ready to assist! She reassured me, motivated me, provided so much support, information, tips, and even answered an unscheduled FaceTime to guide me. She made a bad day for me better just with her positive spirit and voice.

Kaila is amazing in every translation of the meaning! She’s super relatable, down to earth, honest, and professional! She truly has this birthing knowledge down pack and always putting herself in position to learn more for herself and her families! I’m almost positive without her guidance, I would not have been able to remain calm and trust myself during labor. She taught me and my partner things were wouldn’t have thought about during pregnancy, during labor, and postpartum. My man is slow to trust lol, but he let Kaila guide us and we’re bright our son in the world in the most peaceful way possible! She doesn’t force her wishes and beliefs on you… just educates and supports! 10/10 recommend. Everything she says she’s going to do, she does it and then some. And makes up for everything she feel like she lacks in. I could go on for days on how getting a Doula change my perspective on birth and pregnancy. I couldn’t have done this without you Kaila!!!! I’m from Atlanta, but in my Memphis tone… “#GetYouADoulaMane”

The class was the perfect length of time and the vibe was great. Kaila gave great alternative movements for those of us at different physical levels to either make us feel comfortable or to challenge us more. I love the inspirational words she spoke as we went through the movements. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This was most definitely an AMAZING first time experience. After a very extremely emotional day, this class not only help with resetting my mind but also my heart. Never would’ve imagined it be as impactful as it was but I figured I had nothing to lose from the experience. Im so glad I made the time to be intentional with not only myself but also my mental & emotional state. So much love & light energy from just the first session. Can’t wait to meet at the mat again 🫶🏽💜

My experience was amazing. I started the yoga class nervous and on edge to the point where I decided to cut my camera off. After realizing the benefit of the instructor seeing my moves and becoming more comfortable with receiving help I opened up and turned the camera back on. During the flow, I got into the groove and started vibing. I love this online session and I am looking forward to more in the future.

Kaila is just incredible at every thing she does! She hosted this session and my husband attended with me. I believe sessions like these will improve the state of troubled relationships and improve their intimacy, connection, and communication skills. We will be back and we’re bringing more couples!

The guided yoga experience was very thorough and clear, with modifications explained along the way.

I don't even know where to begin, but let me just say that Whatthedoula was the services that me and husband desperately needed when giving birth to our first child. We started services several week before the birth of our son. The education process was phenomenal. We learned so much, and it made our birthing experience all the more better. Kaila was there for our birth and made the birth experience smooth. It was our first time so we didn't know what to expect, but she made our first time so great that we would LOVE to do it again lol! Not soon though.

Kaila also provided post birth services. I was determined to breastfeed and shortly after having my son, one of my breast became engorged. Kaila came to my home immediately and began to help fix the problem. This services was great 11/10 recommend, and my husband and I will definitely be using this service for our future children.

I definitely felt better as a woman and a mom when I left my consultation. Y’all get a Doula mane!!! Can’t say thank you enough!

My experience since meeting Kaila has been far the best, most supportive experience ever. The whole Whatthedoula experience is a vibe. The warm, welcoming energy that Kaila brings makes me feel right at home. I love it here! And I promise you will too. Success is definitely a guaranteed.

I absolutely love flowing with Kaila! It's a srltress free, unwinding friendly environment that makes you comfortable. She is very good on walking you through and assisting where needed
