Purchased 4 tires. 2 of them would not balance. For weeks I sent FR Balance proof. Bottom line BBWheels' return policy is written so that they assume no responsibility for products they sell. They blame it on manufacturer. I pay to send 2 tires back, IF approved for exchange I pay to have non defective tires shipped back. If not approved IDK what happens. I assume if I want 4 tires on my truck I'd have to pay to have the 2 defectives shipped back to me. Not to mention the cost of install etc. Buy from BBWheels at your own risk. You will eat 2 what you buy if there's a problem.
