Fantastic support and services! Wheldon Law has supported me through one of the most stressful periods of my life. Through no fault of our own - me and my dog was in the limelight of the Law under the Dangerous dogs Act. Initially my queries were dealt with by Jodie, who was very supportive over the phone and talked me through the process. After this Danielle came and supported me at the police station. Danielle was fantastic, such a warming understanding lovely individual. She instantly made me feel safe and like a human being. I felt heard and supported. Danielle made clear what the possible outcomes were. Handling my many questions and worrying thoughts I had. The end result was No Further Action taken and this was all thanks to Danielle's guidance and professional advice. I couldn't have asked for a better human to represent me and my dog! Thank you for all your help Danielle!

Unprofessional unreliable biased and dishonest approach of the representatives of this law firm.
Response to your reply : you informed me you had the capacity to take on the case .. for a week ( whilst I was preparing documents to sign and you were aware of that as well as you were aware of the fact that I had a very limited time) you did not mention at any point a possibility of not taking it. As a result I have not been searching for other representatives which left me in an extremely vulnerable situation especially that I have serious health issues ( and you were aware of that as well ) When I called and spoke to one of your representatives today ( a female ) she was rude and condescending …
As far as I am concerned, the way you handled my case initially is unprofessional and unacceptable.
P.S. as for the rest of my comments I do have reasons behind them otherwise I would have not written them,

What an amazing company to represent you in any dog case ..the service I have received from alice Danielle Tina Pamela has been nothing short of amazing ..my dog got seized for an incident in April that wasn't his fault ...the team worked tirelessly to get my dog home ..and on Friday after two expert reports and 5 months off exemplary behaviour in kennels I got hom back...my dog is an xl bulldog in the worst possible week for publicity and hatred towards this breed they won this case for me ...I cannot speak any higher of this company and all it employees..from me and Floyd thank you so much x

It can happen to any dog owner. A few seconds and you can be in trouble with the law and find yourself facing criminal charges!
We were fortunate to find Wheldon law who helped us navigate complicated and often outdated legislation.
Alice was able to calm us down on the initial call and Jodie was confident and re-assuring when we had to deal with the police.
We avoided being charged and having to go to court.

I needed professional help and reassurance following a dog incident. Tom was amazing, he had initially provided me with very generous free of charge phone advice which was followed up by a private consultation (which we elected to have), to ensure all issues were clarified. Tom talked me through all the issues, possibilities and the process. The matter is now concluded. Alice was also a much appreciated, calming presence. I am not a person who normally leaves reviews on anything to be honest but for the following reasons, I am compelled to do so here and now.
I came across Wheldon Law about 18 months ago in connection with my sons interaction with the police.
I have to say that from start to finish the client care given by everyone and I mean everyone was outstanding to say the least.
Alice Margrave runs as I said an outstanding office, her professionalism is second to none.
From your first phone call, through to helping you understand the whole process up to and after trial,this is the law firm you need to call !!
