Great service but a bit skinny with the taster.
I regularly buy WIR wines and their service can not be faulted-delivery in 48hrs and a delivery charge which makes all other wine sellers look like robbers.My only grouse with this purchase-the taster box-is the paltry amount in each box (100ml).You could at least have given us a glass full!The whole box works out at the equivalent of £22 A BOTTLE!There is barely enough for two people (my wife and I) to get a reasonable taste of the wine.

Very quick delivery from time of ordering. Good value for money, with discount.
However, delivery driver dumped package at end of drive - 30 yards away from the house, making no attempt to deliver it safely.

the day after is better
As soon as it was opened, the Barbera wine was tremendously sour and kneaded the mouth even if it left a good flavor. The next day you drink much better, although for my taste it is still too sour at the first puff. In any case, I have already bought other wines from when in Rome to test the other wines because the service is excellent and I need the bag in box system.

Awesome wine
Wine is lovely, fast delivery, very cool packaging. Only gripe is with the website - would have been good if free bottle of wine was automatically added as I thought I was getting this, and not obvious on the website I needed to manually add it, or where to do that. Thanks!

Easy to buy
Easy to buy, eco friendly, but couldn't see where the'message in a bottle' bit was so missed it. Delivery was quick, unfortunately the cardboard of one of the bottles had come apart on one seam and the bottom, so maybe a bit more packing may have helped- this was the 'loose' bottle in a box of 4 bottles, the other 3 & separate box of 3 were fine.
Vegan is a plus !

They actually listen to customer feedback
I used this company for the first time in early August. The Rosato rose was execellent, I then went for their offer of 3 x wine for £66.00. Two of there we good, one less so. When I reviewed this on Trust Pilot the company responded promptly and offered to replace the wine box with something else. I elected another Rosato and it arrived quick with no additional charges. That is in my opinion fabulous customer service!

Quick delivery and quirky alternative bottles
Products arrived quickly after order. The paper bottles are very unusual and I’m sure they will be a talking point when we whip them out at the next BBQ! Not tried the wine yet so can’t comment on the actual taste but I think the paper bottles are excellent value for money and help to make you feel like your doing your bit!
