Marketing is deceptive. I queried if seat covers would fit a specific model of Qashqai (Tekna). They requested more vehicle details and responded with "yes they will fit". Upon receipt, the low quality covers were no where near a fit, in any way whatsoever. I pointed this out and was told "The seat covers are not a specific model fit, they are generic, as it says on our website." This activity contravenes consumer law. They are... you fill the blanks...

Not the best

Honestly.
Firstly. When I’m told it’s real Italian leather that’s what I expect - not cheap pvc And as for being handmade - the loose threads are everywhere
Secondly. When I’m told they’re custom made for a specific vehicle I’d expect them to know it won’t anchor/ fit in my car’s make/model due to the build. And the secondary fitting velcros. Well 3 small 5cm strips for probably 12metera of edging really isn’t going to do much of anything is it

Thirdly. Did I mention the custom fit. It doesn’t fit great

Fourth shipping. The packaging from the “uk based company that makes it in Italy “ was shipped from china and packaged so tightly that even months later the creases haven’t dropped out

Filth. Customer service. Don’t even bother. It’s auto generated responses. False claims of previously reply and a refund policy so crooked you’ll never see any money back

If I’d paid for cheap quality mats then I’d expect what I got. If they fit and would un crease they probably wouldn’t be half bad But please don’t over pay for exactly what you can order on cheap oriental based sites for a fraction of the price Currently serving as flooring protection in my garage as I’m waiting to see if he creases ever drop or I’ll get a refund

Was going to order but thankfully did enough research to know that I'd be getting ripped off. Also looked on company house & the company has dissolved as of the 2nd of June this year so I'd definitely highly recommend on NOT ordering anything & look elsewhere & DO YOUR RESEARCH

Don't buy these. The quality and fit are terrible. You have to fix them down with double sided sticky taped velcro which just comes unstuck with your foot movement especially on the drivers side. Absolutely rubbish.

Poor Quality and Not as Advertised
I was very disappointed with these mats. The quality is poor, especially around the edging/ring finish, and they look nothing like the pictures shown on the website. For the price charged, I expected a much better product. Unfortunately, they feel cheap and are not worth the money. Overall, this was a waste of money and I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Poor fitment. They're too thick around the clutch and are a couple of mm too small so there are gaps all around the mats.

Contacted customer service and they've sent a second drivers side Matt put saying it was a production error but Im not convinced due to the fitment of the others.

Not a happy customer. Shame as I'm looking for some seat covers too. Would not recommend

To start with I contacted them to ask about fitting, just to ensure they would, I was promised perfect fitting. I was sent a link to use, which I did. Mats arrived, rolled up squashed and creased, no free gifts. Was told not entitled to them because I used the link that they sent me?? Finally got mats straightened out and they didn’t fit right, in the end I took them out when they moved and blocked my break pedal, had to use hand break to stop. Regardless of how many times I contacted customer service I just got the same cut and paste excuses. Please for your safety and wallet don’t buy them.

Upon order I was asked for car make and model etc and I was also asked for pictures of boot etc, all done, the product took rather a long time to arrive which I could manage. Upon arrival the fit was not right, the boot may was too big the rear seat were again not right. The mats themselves come with clips and bits to attach to the car, being blunt, they’re rubbish , I had hoped for more but they sadly didn’t deliver. Whipmats did contact me re product review so I logged an issue , they did reply and did chase me for photos and when I did get round to replying they told me I had 14 days warranty . So they were never going to do anything , made me laugh that. Also I did receive a message to leave a review only problem was that you received a free gift for a 4 star and above review , which I’m not sure is allowed, but also it would not allow you to post a 3 star and below review.

I’m not seeking anything from them but feel I need to highlight this to any potential customers . The product isn’t cheap so please just beware and think twice before proceeding

I ordered my mats and was very impressed with the quality and fit .. perfect for the vehicle and no movement when fitted properly.. great product with great communication and when arrived I did what they said and let them sit for a few hours to minimise creases from postage .. great company and great mats .. I have seen them on Temu but so glad I went with whip mats as the quality is first class .. you get what you pay for and I also received the free gifts which was great … well pleased with them and I will use them again for seat covers etc ..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just ordered some mats for my car and was not sure what they would be like to fit ,as im getting on in years but they replied straight away,confirming that they are easy to fit great

Good service , good fit , couldnt get video to work but easy enough to figure out.

Went to this UK company looking for car mats and a boot liner to protect my new car and didnt want to purchase from foreign company in case there were any issues. First if all as I was adding items to the basket and inputting a discount code provided by them instead of adjusting the price it ordered the items straight away. I emailed the company within 2 minutes and advised them i didn't actually press pay or order, could they please adjust the price for the discount or just cancel the full order. I was told that as soon as its ordered it can't be changed as it goes straight to manufacturing and as its customised items can't be done. I tried explaining i didn't even press pay or order button and their website has a fault but they wouldn't listen.

I accepted this reluctantly but on receipt of boot liner, we found a over 6 inch cut across the liner, as its meant to be water resistant and to keep boot clean I asked to return it for a refund. Instead was told by customer services because its not a fit issue and doesn't affect functionality they wouldn't allow return for a refund!

Do not touch this dodgy website, you will get conned, its obviously a foreign company with just a uk website and contact to look legitimate. I am in touch with both trading standards, CAB and my bank regarding this. They dont even deserve 1 star rating, just absolutely awful company to deal with.

Nice addition to my vehicle. Looks as though it is factory fitted. I also had these on my previous vehicle very satisfied

Bought them a few months ago .. Arrived well packed and with lots of extras and a few spares. I feel they are a little over priced but fitted well and look ok...
I quiet like them but one down side is the driver's side mat that clips to the floor now does not clip to the Whipmats due to the popers being in the wrong place. Other than that im happy with them.

I was taken in by their glossy advertising on Facebook. AI generated videos of high tech machines, making premium leather, custom fitted car mats by Italian artisans. The mats turned up wrinkled beyond reason because they wrap them up so tightly in cheap packaging. They aren’t leather, just cheap plastic tat. They didn’t fit. They blamed me saying I hadn’t fitted them properly. After several emails and photos they finally agreed they didn’t fit. I asked for a refund. They sent another set of mats that didn’t fit. Again I asked for a refund and they offered me £17 as a partial refund as they didn’t agree there was anything wrong with them. I’m going through the bank for a charge back. Steer well clear of this company.
