Qualification courses include; L4 Gold Diploma, L3 Silver Certificate, L2 Bronze Award. Our concept is fresh. Training courses are ultra concise, razor-focused and offer unique and comprehensive commercial experiences for trainees. Completing my Level 4 course at…

Completing my Level 4 course at WhitePepper has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my career. The knowledge, guidance, and confidence I gained throughout the course have had such a huge impact on me, and honestly, I would not be where I am in my career today without the support of the team there.
Luke, James and the entire WhitePepper team are not only incredibly talented and knowledgeable, but they are also genuinely lovely people to work with. They create such a supportive and encouraging environment, and what really stands out is that their support doesn’t stop when the course ends they continue to encourage and help you even after graduation.
If you’re thinking about pursuing a career in food or taking your skills to the next level, I couldn’t recommend WhitePepper highly enough. It’s more than just a course it’s a place that truly helps you grow both professionally and personally.

Level 4 diploma

I recently completed my level 4 culinary diploma at White Pepper and had an excellent experience. I went to the school hoping it would give me a wide skillset and confidence in my abilities which it certainly did. The teaching was to a very high standard, both Luke and James are incredibly knowledgeable and were very supportive throughout the whole process. I will always be grateful to the White Pepper team and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the course to aspiring chefs.

I truly enjoyed my experience guided by Chef Lee. The dishes were flawlessly crafted, and even my own culinary creation turned out delicious! I was so impressed that I purchased a voucher to come back for another session later this year. Truly grateful!

As a Christmas gift

As a Christmas gift, I spent a delightful day at the school taking a French pastry course. The hours slipped by quickly. The hosts were not only welcoming but also expert and excellent at explaining things. It was impressively organized, with no time wasted on cleaning or measuring; every moment was dedicated to cooking and learning. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch paired with wine, and I headed home with my creations and a sense of accomplishment. I would eagerly go back. Strongly recommended!

Cutting Course

I went with a open mind not sure what to expect, I do but not to the level of White Pepper Chefs level.
Both Chefs put you at ease from the minute you arrive and are are exemplary in teaching you, the make you feel part of the team.
I've already booked for the next course.

A lovely informative day

I had a day at the school as a Xmas present on a French patisserie course. Time flew. The hosts were friendly, skilled and great communicators. Very well arranged - no washing up or weighing so all time is used to cook and learn. A lovely lunch and a glass of wine was included and I returned home laden with my goodies and full of pride! Would love to go again. Highly recommend.

fantastic fun day

Brilliant day - lovely people with plenty of coffee and yummy biscuits served. The food we made was delicious and everything was organised really well.
would highly recommend to anyone wanting to make authentic indian food.

Have just thoroughly enjoyed the Indian cuisine one day Saturday course. The setting is immaculate and charming.

James, our instructor was smart, intelligent and charismatic. The staff were hard working and approachable and the whole day ran seamlessly.
I could not be happier with the White pepper Academy. It brought all of us together in a friendly open atmosphere and I learned a lot. Have just rebooked ..

Fantastic

Fantastic. Did the Indian Course with James, he was brilliant, super knowledgeable and friendly and a natural teacher with clear passion and experience. The mix of demonstration and cooking was spot on, we were very well supported by Freddy who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great! The whole day was very well paced with a more intense morning preparing a group lunch, which was served with complimentary drinks, followed by a more relaxed second half preparing some slightly simpler dishes. All the stuff you need is already weighed out so you can concentrate on the cooking of it. The best part is the interactive aspect, you can ask questions and learn so much in just a day. I had already learned a bunch of tips within the first hour. It's also a good way to meet people (we ended up in the pub with one of our new friends). Absolutely recommend, we've already booked the next one! You get a discount if you book your next course on the day, and they give you a little certificate and a fridge magnet as a nice little memento. Nothing but positives, great day out and a scenic drive there too.

An amazing experience

Wow! What a fantastic experience! I was bought a voucher for one of the classes as a birthday present. I chose the Thai course which was led by T who is a very knowledgeable and talented chef. She was absolutely fantastic in explaining the different ingredients and the cooking techniques.

The group were all given tea and coffee (of any kind) throughout the day along with freshly baked cookies.
Luke (the owner and talented chef) joined the group helping is with our knife skills and made us a beautiful pudding for lunch.
We were able to eat what we cooked and had enough to take home.

It was an absolute delight and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new and have a thoroughly wonderful experience.

A recipe for success.

Another enjoyable, rewarding and great day at WhitePepper. Invested quite a lot of time here over last year or so on these day courses and they never fail to disappoint. Indeed as a business it is always seeking to improve, yesterday’s Italian ‘Plus’ a case in point (compliments / adds on nicely to the well established signature Italian course). Al (chef tutor) makes the day educational yet fun, with great combination of demonstration, hands on cooking and support, no matter your level or skill. Top chap. It is just a great day and as said before in a review, if thinking about it as someone who likes food and cooking and have heard about WhitePepper just do it. The recipe here is a good one, and once tried, you will be back for more. A recipe for success.
ps Luke….Indian Plus?!?!

Great course, great Chef, great day!

Had a fantastic day with Chef Al on ‘Italian Plus’ cookery course. During the 7-hour day, we made arancini, aubergine lasagne, tiramisu, and gnocchi with pesto - as well as having coffee breaks, and a nice lunch break where we had our gnocchi. We also got to try Chef Al’s arancini, lasagne, and tiramisu, and got to take ours home for later. It was a really fun experience, and Chef Al was great - he explained things very well and demonstrated everything, as well as popping round to help us as we were cooking. The additional helpers were great too - all the ingredients were measured out and ready to go, and all the washing up was taken away as we went along, so it made cooking much easier and more fun than at home! Overall, very pleased to have gone, and would love to go again. (We also got a copy of the recipes to take home, and a cute magnet with an apron on it too!)
