Amazing, friendly, excellent service. Highly recommend.

From the initial contact, home survey and removal everything went to plan.
Communication throughout was excellent.
The removal team were extremely helpful and courteous, we were relocating to Yorkshire and they certainly helped remove a lot of the stress a move creates.
A big thanks to the removal team for a great job.

Professional and efficient staff to ease move from France to UK.

Gentleman that came to give quote was very reassuring that our belongings would be well taken care of, which although not the cheapest we decided to let Whites handle our move. Disappointed in way our belongings have been handled. We were told furniture would have covers over them to protect and help to store things on top of each other. We have been to unit and everything is just piled in. The arms of our sofas are just thrown on top without any protection and our living room units are just stored without any covering. Even when loaded on to van they weren’t protected. Having used Whites on previous moves and been happy with service, I would probably not use again. As our belongings are in storage and unable to check condition, I am worried that some of our belongings might be damaged. Until we are able to purchase a property we won’t be able to check due way our belongings have been stored. The way I feel at moment, I wouldn’t recommend Whites at it stands. What a fantastic team you provided for our move. Ryan and mark were very professional and with it being our first time moving they put us at ease. Great service provided by company and always available when we needed some questions asked. The team were efficient and this meant we could crack on with our moving process. Overall excellent service with professional staff.

This is my second move with White and Company. We’ve just had our house packed and moved by Craig and Chris from the Dunfermline depot who were absolutely brilliant - they were professional and friendly and took everything in their stride. All of our possessions were well looked after and well packed, and we felt totally confident in Craig and Chris. They worked carefully but quickly and with minimum disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend White and Company.

White & Company moved us for the second time in a year and this time was just as successful as the first. The men worked efficiently and effectively, taking great care with our furniture and belongings and without any damage to either house. Special thanks to Simon and Ryan for their efforts. Having the same two removers on both days was of great benefit to our move as they knew exactly what the plan was. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Furniture was damaged unnecessarily due to bad loading/packing. This was unfortunate as the move went well and staff were pleasant and professional

My whole experience with White and Co.PLC has been fabulous from start to finish.Everyone involved in the process from the initial site visit through to the big move were friendly, courteous and had a wonderful “can do attitude” throughout.I was doing this move as a recent widow and was feeling quite vulnerable.When I said to one of the movers that I was finding things difficult because I was having to do it on my own ,he said “ you’re not alone, you’ve got us”.I can not recommend this company highly enough for their wonderfully efficient caring service.

The communication prior to the move was excellent - the transfer into storage was well organised - the transfer from storage to our new home was a long hot day but Chic and Oscar worked diligently and overall the experience was professional. One minor hiccup with plants not arriving with initial lorry but John has apologised and sorted this out without fuss.

After the excellent experience from a recent removal carried out by White and Co, I had no hesitation in going back to the always helpful Carol to arrange a small removal task for our neice.
Chick and Allan arrived on schedule and uplifted the load in a very efficient manner with lots of banter between them. The move was only a short distance within the town and soon the load was deposited to the 3rd floor flat!!! All was going well untill the realisation the sofa was too long to get around the stair flights. Tools found, sofa arms removed and slowly but carefully the item was successfully delivered. Masters of removal are these guys!!! Well deserved the 5 star 🌟 rating.

Absolute professionals. Their service is first rate, from start to finish. Their removals team were respectful, helpful, and done a cracking job moving hour house over 400 miles.

Thank you for your attention to detail during our house move. Everything was done well from initial telephone call to moving in. The office staff were fantastic and kept us informed and the removal staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Chris and Michael and also to two other colleagues who came to help out on the second phase of the operation. The crew who worked on my house move were very hardworking and cheerful and had great respect for all my items.

The staff were very helpful throughout the whole process. The three members of staff who moved us were very respectful of our property and our belongings, unfortunately we did have some scratches to our large American style fridge/freezer. The way we have been looked after at a stressful time was excellent. A big thanks to our movers

The removal staff who packed our contents and moved it all to our new home and seperate storage facility were efficient and very professional.
With the exception of one piece, so far everything we have unpacked has been packed really well.
