Efficient competent caring respectful staff.

Henry Cerrato and Harry White were helpful and considerate. They turned up on time and worked efficiently and made moving house easy and not at all stressful. Thanks to both of you for good days work.

Excellent service from Plymouth team of Paul and Darren. Quickly packed away contents of our North Devon property and moved them up to London. Early arrival at London property on agreed day, which was welcome. Move included transferring our goods from a large truck into a Luton when it was clear we didn’t need as much space! Friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

White's staff were without exception friendly and helpful throughout the process, from initial survey to final delivery. The provision of boxes was timely and generous and the removal and delivery of my possessions was carried out in quick and efficient manner. There was not a single breakage or damage to my property.

Thank you Nicholas, Dan and Jay for moving all my belongings so efficiently and carefully. Excellent service from start to finish.

White and Company are true professionals. Special shout outs to Kate Yearling who did our survey and provided us all the info we needed, and Brian and Kyle Witherford (father and son duo!) for an extremely efficient collection with smiles on their faces :)

Aside from being competitively priced, the team that undertook our move were considerate, polite and most importantly treated our worldly goods with care. Kyle and Nick from the Plymouth branch worked through some of the hottest days this year without dropping their pace.

Can't praise the men highly enough; nothing seemed a problem, they worked hard with good humour; were efficient and I have every confidence that my house contents will be stored securely until I need them.

I found the company and staff extremely helpful, efficient, on time and conducted my move of personal effects to be shipped overseas with the minimum of fuss.The two packers were particularly helpful over a 2 day period.

Jay and Rupert from the Plymouth branch did a great job of unloading all the furniture and belongings. These had been in storage for nearly four years by White & Co. They had a really awkward job of getting two large sofas down one floor to the lounge, but they managed to get them down, well done guys. All the boxes and furniture were placed back into the appropriate rooms, as they were all well labelled from the first collection visit by White & Co. The house is on three levels, so Jay and Rupert had to work really hard. They were communicated well with us and couldn’t have been more helpful, thank you.

Very happy with the removal service provided by White & Co in Plymouth. From start to finish the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Changing removal requirements handled without problems. Price very competitive. Would use again.

Extremely professional, well organised, friendly and informative. The arrangements were clear and all worked to time. All staff were helpful, respectful and careful with my possessions. Also reasonably priced compared to other companies. Superb customer service.

Derek and Jon were the best. Arrived at the time that was said, they were both friendly and chatty. They got to work straight away and in less than an hour it was all packed up and on the van. Everything was handled with care and extra packaging for items that needed it. They even took the time to help move furniture from one room to another room as it was too heavy to move ourselves.

Once we got to the destination they were straight to work. Carpet coverings were placed on the stairs and the hallway into the lounge. I gave a tour so they knew which boxes needs to go into which room. They also helped decide where the furniture would go into the lounge. Less than an hour later everything was in the correct rooms.

They were both really chatty and friendly so it made it go extra smooth. Felt comfortable with them and they took extra care in the new house when moving the heavy furniture up the stairs into the other rooms.

I can recommend ‘White and Company’ and recommend Derek and Jon ENOUGH they are a credit to the company.

Great service, friendly, polite and highly motivated team who got the job done quickly and safely with little fuss.
