We used the services of this company to move from London to the south of France. The employees are top class, very polite and helpful. The packing was very careful and incredibly thorough.
The delivery was of the same standard. I highly recommend this company without any reservations.

Belgium move

Picked up my son's belongings to move to Belgium. Very professional, arrived early, completed things quickly without making me feel rushed
Handled paperwork efficiently and wrapped furniture with environmentally friendly material.

Really good service provided from start to finish. Kyle, and Al were brilliant in the packing process and they were joined by Mark and Jay for the delivery.

I’d absolutely recommend these guys for any removal task needed.

Paul Peters and Jordan warren were a credit to their company. For a start, everything was as advertised: right day, right time, right considerations. On top of that they were hard working and got the job done quickly but also found time to be personable, have a chat and ask the right questions. Their communications were excellent and they were on top of the paperwork. Overall, a great experience.

Helpful staff, good unpacking. Our furniture was internationally packed.
The office were also helpful and were able to inform us of timing of delivery. Would use them again.

Completely amazing from start to finish. Super helpful and fast quote, delivery of boxes. On moving day arrived in time, where very fast to load. The arrived the next day to deliver due to the distance involved very promptly and again where super efficient.

The two men who came to my flat were very polite and the care they took with my furniture, handling it and wrapping it was excellent. Good at communicating and quite professional.

Couldn’t fault the guys on anything at all. A two day operation that all went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Jay,Luke, & Darren were very cheerful, obliging & boy did they work fast. Used White & Co about thirty years ago to move into the property we’d sold & the level of service had not changed at all. If nothing, it was better! Thanks guys!

The whole experience was a curates egg, good in parts. We paid for the packing service. We had four people packing to go to storage over 2 days., one was very good and took great care with our belongings. The rest were not really interested , with items , as we found during unpacking ,were just rammed in a box , some not wrapped at all. When our items were delivered from storage the 2 men were caring and professional, taking pride in their jobs. The bad packing of the containers where items had fallen pushing items out as soon as the containers were opened , were prevented from being damaged only by the care and ingenuity of these workers.
I would consider the packing service carefully. The company state that if we took out the insurance Move Protect, the removal company accept a duty of care for our goods while in their custody (their words) . We chose not to, but still felt that the company had a duty of care for our belongings as we had a contract with them. However if something does get broken or you are unhappy with the packing service they are far from happy to accept any feedback about a poor service.
I would recommend taking photos of your furniture etc before the move , otherwise it is your word against theirs ie damage or poor packing leaving books damaged and pictures and speakers vulnerable. The advert for the company states that the packing service included your items being wrapped in breathable bubble wrap, there was not one sheet of bubble wrap used in our move , just paper.
I am so pleased that this whole experience is over.

We highly recommend White & Company. They were amazing at every stage - from visiting our home to quote for the job, to fielding daily calls from us to check which moving dates were available. On the day itself, Jay, Luke, Steve, Darren and Mark arrived early, and worked so fast and efficiently that we were packed up and loaded well ahead of schedule. They were polite, kind and clearly took real care over how they wrapped and handled our possessions. Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. The guys who moved us were fantastic and Kyle, as foreman, was quietly in control the whole time. This is the second time we have used White and Co for a big move and we would recommend to anyone.

Both teams for packing in Okehampton and unpacking in Elgin,were amazing. So tidy, organised, friendly and speedy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Whites for taking the stress out of a hectic time. So professional.

The 3 staff Dave, Darren and Alan were brilliant and friendly. It was just me and my dog and they were really good with her, she got some good exercise running around after them! They were super quick, efficient and professional and just really nice people to move our stuff. They had packed everything so well and carefully and let us know if there was anything that we should be particularly mindful of when opening. When it came to us unpacking, they had labelled everything so well it made our lives much easier and they were really helpful and checked where we wanted stuff moving into which room etc. Fantastic service and fantastic staff members that are a credit to the company, highly recommend.

Dave & Alan were excellent they were brilliant in every way they were very efficient, polite, good humoured. When on the second day Luke and Paul came to give them a hand they all were hard workers.So our thanks go to the four deciples as we called them ….
