Efficient, friendly

We used White & Company for a recent house move from the south of England to the North of Scotland. The move was made more complex as we had a split load between long term storage and our new house. In addition we needed to hit specific times and dates to accommodate new flooring being installed and so on. The moving team turned up on time and the team leader, Josh, was fully aware of the details of our move and the timings we needed to hit. He was in touch constantly and flexible when things outside of his control forced changes to the schedule - an absolute legend. The experience from initial moving survey to final off loading was fuss free.

We had an absolutely fantastic service from White & Co, moving two houses into one, which was some logistical challenge. From quote through to delivering the final box, everyone from admin staff to the guys on the ground were brilliant. A special mention to Daniel who pulled out all the stops to get everything organised in a very short timescale, and to the crew of Martin and Chris, who were so hard-working over three days and so helpful, careful, patient with us and immensely customer focussed. No hesitation in recommending White & Co for removals.

The chaps who came and packed us were considerate, respectful and good humoured and worked very hard and were so patient when we weren't sure.
On the day of our arrival they were at the destination just after completion of the sale which turned out to be well before noon.
Moving is always emotional but the Whites Team made it a seamless experience.

Emma at White & Company has been brilliant; great communication and very prompt & helpful emails and phone calls.

On the removal day Ash and Nat arrived at the agreed time, and it seemed that nothing was too much for them. I had a number of items that I didn't know how to pack so Nat expertly packed them for me. I watched in awe as both men carried down three flights of stairs all my belongings swiftly with meticulous care.
I'm incredibly impressed by the Portsmouth branch of White & Company and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I can't fault the company. Their 3 man team worked well together. They were efficient in their packing, but also took great care of our possessions. They were calm and polite at all times, despite some changes of places to install furniture at our new house. They never objected, or complained. Highly recommended.
