Professional , efficient and friendly service. The removal guys packed everything well and worked extremely hard during the day of delivery and were cheerful throughout.

Polite. Friendly. Didn't stop packing the lorry with care and there were no breakages discovered at the other end. What could have been a very stressful move became part of the experience and we thank Martin, Woody and Chris with grateful thanks.

From the initial video call to go through what we were packing, to advise on how to pack to make moving day simple, to the day itself was brilliant.
We were hesitant picking a removal company but there was nothing to worry about with these guys. They were respectful of our belongings and our property, laying down protecting sheets on the floor both in the property we were leaving and the one we moved into and making sure valuable items were protected in the van. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they put all the boxes in the rooms they were labelled for. Couldn’t fault them and they were so friendly and polite.

Attention to detail by movers, politeness and nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly and the day before they came and packed a lot of stuff. They had loads of paintings to wrap and did that very professionally. Earlier on they gave me lots of boxes and also plain paper to wrap goods in. All told a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this company.

The lads, Matt and Albi, were friendly, reassuring and very competent. Matt's driving skills were admirable considering the tiny space he had to manoevre in. Everything was securely wrapped and packed and delivered without mishap. It would have been easier for them if a sack truck was part of their equipment that day, for off loading. A second team arrived with one later on though.
The only downside for me was having to make several phone calls to arrange the collection of the used boxes and packaging.
Overall, very happy.

Fantastic team from initial visit and quote to booking (with only 5 days notice) to the brilliant removal team. Very efficient, friendly and careful with our belongings. It all went very smoothly.

We have been hugely let down by this company during what is already a very stressful process.
We had a very professional visit from an employee, who came round our house to do a survey in February. He went through various options for removals services & gave me plenty of packing tips. He also told me not to buy any boxes or packing materials as that would all be provided by the company once we had exchanged contracts. I gave them our proposed completion date of 28th March & accepted the quote received a couple of days later. I was told to get in touch with them once we had exchanged contracts & they would deliver all the packing materials we would need for our move. I was also in touch with them earlier this week (18/03) to add an item to our inventory which I was told ‘no problem’.
Yesterday (20/03) we exchanged contracts. As discussed during the survey & in follow up emails, I rang White & Company to confirm exchange of contracts with completion set for Friday 28th March, as requested at the point of survey, only to be told that the company was fully booked and could not facilitate our house move!!
I feel so let down & angered by this company after receiving such a professional service at the start & being reassured we’d be provided with all our packing materials. My family are now in a position where we have no packing materials, have nothing packed & are scrambling to not only get some boxes etc together, but also now don’t have a removals company to move us next Friday as everyone is fully booked due to the impending stamp duty rises. I understand it is a busy time of year for removals companies but we have been left completely high & dry, and a stressful situation has been made even more stressful. Throw into the mix, my husband and I are both teachers so are only entitled to one day for moving & we have a four year old to accommodate in the midst of all this as well.
If someone has accepted a quote & given a proposed date to a company for removals, I strongly feel that they should be given some kind of guarantee that they will be moved on that day until told anything different so that they have peace of mind that that stressful job of moving a household has been taken care of. I honestly don’t know what we are going to do now.

They were punctual, competent, fast and brilliant at helping us to decide how to arrange things in our new home.

From beginning in February 2024 in Cornwall to final arrival in Greece a year later we have found the service brilliant. Any emails are answered immediately and the Greek partners have been as good.

All the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly, supportive and made the whole moving experience as easy as possible.

From the first phone call to enquire about removals to the final piece of furniture placed into our new home the service was outstanding!

I recently moved from Hampshire up to Rutland with White & Co, Removers in Botley, Hampshire.

From my very first enquiry, right up until my furniture was delivered to my new home, I could not have asked for a better experience.

The two lads, Chris and Wayne, could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to make my move a success and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending White & Co to anyone.

It is a sad fact that nowadays, lots of companies want to be in and out as quickly as possible, charging as much as they can whilst doing the minimum amount of work. The exact opposite is true with this company and I could not have asked for better service. Thanks very much lads, I truly appreciated everything that you did.

I previously read reviews for this removal company before I booked a quote. From start off booking they kept me informed over a Christmas period up until the day off removal in January. They arrived on time and worked non stop and had my 3 bedroomed house packed up by lunchtime. As this was a 2 day removal from Hampshire to Yorkshire in not the best of snow conditions they arrived the following day on time. I'd like to recommend the driver on how well he managed to get the lorry reversed into a small cul de sac via parked cars, trees and a lamppost to position it exactly front of my new home. The whole team were polite,helpful and made our removal stress free.
