White & Company PLC - Southampton Reviews 

After seeing their vans frequently around my area, and having read other people's reviews online, I am so glad I chose White & Co, Southampton to facilitate my move to Dorset. Being an older lady on my own with health issues and a lot of "stuff", which I thought I could pack up myself, I hugely underestimated the amount of work involved! After originally booking just a removal, and with only a few days until the move, they very kindly agreed that they could help me with the packing and sent a bigger crew on the day, Everything was done efficiently, quickly and professionally, from laying protective covers on the carpets, wrapping and filling boxes, protecting furniture, to emptying my shed and collecting the potted plants etc from the garden and then reversing the process at the other end the following day, getting it all safely unloaded. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they even sent a van 3 weeks later to collect all the empty boxes and paper after I had finished unpacking their boxes, which I thought was great service. All the staff have been fantastic, but a special mention to Aaron, Matt and Albie for making what was an extremely stressful and worrying time for me as calm and pleasant as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to move. Thank you for your assistance.

We could not have asked for two better White & Co workers than Simon & Matt, who were absolutely brilliant . They introduced themselves on arrival and It was clear from that point that they are good friends and not just colleagues. They just got on with the job and nothing was too much trouble. The same high standard of service was received at our new home where all was delivered successfully with no damage.
A great job by all staff we dealt with throughout the process from having the move assessed to the quote, to collection of boxes and to final payment. Great job all round, all staff without doubt were polite, kind and respectful and to be honest we would have given 10 stars had there been an option to do so.

Despite issues with my moving date White and Company kept my date open and fulfilled the move with no issues. The guys turned up by 8.30am, packed up my stuff within a couple off hours and when I got my keys to the new place they came shortly afterwards and unloaded within an hour so was great service all round.

The rating awarded for the service provided is for the Driver and Southampton packing team only. The Hampshire packing team were fantastic. Our house was professionally packed and delivered to our home in Scotland as arranged.
The driver, Darren was particularly outstanding, especially as he was alone for most of the unpacking phase as the unloading team allocated in Scotland turned up very late, approx 2 hrs after the driver.

Very efficient and friendly. Made effort to satisfy our moving date needs with only 7 days notice. Fully packed a 4 bed house with double garage and garden in 1.5 days and had it all unpacked within 3 hours ( including 2 x bed assembly) weather atrocious on the days - nothing got damaged. Only disappointment was the delay in picking up the empty boxes.

Wayne and Chris were brilliant they were thoughtful. This is our second time Chris has been in our our move excellent member of your staff. Chris didn’t complete the first move but the pair were like family to work with in a good way.

The team arrived well ahead of time and did not mind waiting while we completed the paperwork for the unit. All the team were cheerful, polite, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They did their work efficiently and with zero complaints. Would strongly recommend this company.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Contacted White & Co to price up our move. Came in a little more expensive than other quotes but they agreed to price match. Once we were ready to move, the office staff were great even with very short notice. On the day the lads that did our move were invaluable. They worked so hard, very efficiently and were polite and pleasant. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for excellent removals.

The team were all polite, friendly and jolly. They worked through all of our belongings quickly with no mess or breakages. We'd happily have them back if we move again.

It was a smooth move and the staff were very helpful and had assisted with a missed item later. Collected back all the packing materials. Daniel and team had a great work done for me.

Willing helpful staff. Scott and Matt, nothing was too much trouble. All my furniture safely delivered, with no breakages or scratches.

From first survey to waving them good bye we had total confidence we were being well looked after and in safe hands which made the move easier for us . Thank you to the great young men who moved us in 29deg it was hot!

It was brilliant to be reunited with our shipping from New Zealand this week.
We want to pass on a massive THANK YOU to Wayne, Martin & Wendy-the-Truck. The boys were cheerful, friendly and efficient which meant that what could have been a really stressful couple of days turned out to be much easier than we expected.
We have moved to/fro overseas several times, and this was the easiest move yet.
Martin and Wayne deserve a pay rise! 😁

Great service provided. From initial survey and quote right through to moving day. Someone was always on hand to answer questions. On our actual moving day Sam, Alfie and Sonny couldn't have been more helpful. They really made the day as stress free as possible. We would definitely use again.

Removal staff who came to our house were thorough, very helpful and friendly.

The Removal company were exceptional from the time we had an agent in our front door to do our quote to the team that finally packed ,loaded and and then moved us into our new home. We were scheduled for a 4 day move and they worked tirelessly every day from the moment they arrived on Tuesday morning to when they finally left early Thursday afternoon. Two of the many that need a special mention and a big personal "Thank You" were Chris and Josh, Who were the only ones that were with us from Tuesday to Thursday. They helped us to make our move as easy possible.
