White & Company PLC - Telford Reviews

Excellent service from Dave Porton & Jordan Taylor. Everything delivered in perfect condition and quickly.

The crew were very helpful , polite and understanding . Simon and Glen worked extremely hard and efficiently despite another hot day . . They conferred with us before loading each rooms contents . Simon and Harry were equally efficient at unloading the load and transferring to a container . How they fit everything into a container is a miracle and such a relief to me . All the guys are a credit to your company .

Previously didn't have many good things to say about White as I had some boxes damaged in storage and the blame game was immense.
However this time they were brilliant - Simon and Jordan were on time, helpful, friendly, organised. Aside from a footprint I had to get out of the stairs carpet, they humped and dumped all day in the hot sun, including moving a piano when noone in the company had given them a board to do it on! They put protectors out over carpet and banisters to prevent the same damage that occurred when the last team came. They even came back in after they were done and moved some furniture around for me so that unpacking was easier. Great team.

David Porton and Jordan Taylor were great. Friendly and efficient. Thanks!

Cheapest quote by some considerable margin from the other quotes. Handled a complicated move to a very remote part of Scotland where trailer lorry couldn't manage the final few miles because of narrow roads and sharp bends, but they sorted it out without fuss. The employees were very, very hardworking and very polite. Very impressed.

Delightful men you helped. Nothing too much trouble. Hope we get them on 2nd part of this move

Great experience. Polite, fast and clean. Thank you Dave Ponzon and Glen Sant-Barcklay

Simon and Steve were fantastic. Took excellent care of our belongings and were very knowledgeable about the overseas shipping process and associated paper work!

Start to finish everything was great. Dave and Glen made the day easy and stress free.

Second time using whites (once via the military and now privately) and theyve beene brilliant both times!

They follow instructions well as to what to pack/not, where things should go, and theyre RAPID! only thing id suggest is moving yiur own plants... they dont travel well

Simon and Steve recently came to pack-up our storage contents ready for our move to SE Asia. They arrived promptly and handled all of our belongings with care and consideration. They were also really nice guys and we had a good laugh with them. Moving abroad has been pretty stressful but they made this particular bit simple and actually enjoyable - thanks guys!

Good assessment of household items for packing. Although we were unsure what we should pack and what not to as insurance says must be professionally packed and assessment team said we could pack as much as we like but they'd also pack it all.
Kind and helpful team members on the day, prompt, organised and efficient - very hardworking (Sean & Jack).
This was for a three-day move.

Simon and Steve from the Telford Branch were outstanding blokes. Very efficient and professional.
They were unloaded and delivered in no time at all. They were both always conscious of the house and surroundings. When they both left there was no damages or mess left behind.
I hope of I am to move in the future I receive these two movers. Simon and Steve are a credit to the company

David, Glen and Jack were a great team who helped us with a long distance move. Can't fault their courteous, communicative and efficient approach in some challenging weather conditions. Thank you!

Just had Mark and Dylan with us for a move to storage. Exceptional service, great care was taken every step of the way. Thank you, you made a difficult moving day so much easier!
