White & Company PLC - Telford Reviews

Fantastic service and the most friendly individuals who packed and moved us. They work so hard to get it all done in the time frame we had. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I cannot thank Sean and Jack enough for helping with our move. They were both absolutely fantastic. Extremely professional, helpful and importantly removed so much of the stress out of the move. I would highly recommend them.

Simon and Jack were courteous, friendly and hard working. Did a great job nothing too much trouble

Adam and Dave were very friendly and efficient.
They turned up on time and proceeded with unloading the delivery straight away.

The whole experience was made really easy by the Telford team who made ensured the appointments were booked and answered questions to clarify the various forms need. On the day the 2 chaps were excellent, punctual and polite. Additionally, the Southampton branch followed up to ensure I had completed the required customs paperwork.

They arrive before the time they were fast and very caring while packing. They were respectful of their surroundings and have a great sense of humor. We have used this company for years and I can see why too job.

Mark and Dylan were punctual, polite and tidy. There team sorted out the rooms methodically and efficiently. They were really friendly and put us at ease.

Thanks so much.

Adam and Jack from the Telford branch came to collect my belongings! They were beyond exceptional. I had several heavy boxes which needed moving down a flight of stairs and a few bits of weight lifting equipment. Due to the location of my flat, they weren't able to park their vehicle outside my property which meant they had to walk a fair distance to drop my boxes off. They were professional and courteous throughout! 100% recommended!!
Thank you Adam and Jack for all your help!!!

The team were great, and good humoured in spite of some difficulty getting in to the location. Better prior planning of vehicle size (as I tried to advise head office before the move) would have made their lives much easier, and caused less havoc on a busy, central city street with lots of police presence.

Simon and jack both been fantastic and professional. We would love to see them again. I would recommend to anyone who are looking for white and coy service.

Really friendly, thoughtful and got it all packed/unpacked in such a quick time. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Having researched removals firms we eventually decided to use these guys. They were extremely helpful from the very beginning, promptly answering questions via email and phone calls, reassuring us with their knowledge of removals. On the day of the removal we were greeted by Mark, Dylan and Simon who all made the effort to say hello and run through things with us. They arrived in an amazing 'rigid' truck and clearly looked well prepared for what we had. They did an amazing job packing it and considering our house was a town house and had LOTS of steps, they just got on with the job. The truck was loaded with precision and nothing looked 'unbalanced' I would say. They were chatty and friendly throughout the packaging process and was great to know them. The following day we drove to our storage facility in Bridgend where they had already been waiting and so it was reassuring to know everything was on track. They did a brilliant job of getting stuff into the containers and managed to fit it in with about half a metre to spare (superb effort). When asking if they would be available to move our stuff from the storage to our planned house in Porthcawl, they were quite happy to confirm that wouldn't be a problem (assuming availability of course).

I would thoroughly recommended these guys and the company as a whole as you truly get a 'deal' that's well worth it. The staff are a real testiment to the professionalism of the company and was great to see a service that works well across the board from start to finish. Brilliant job done, we're so happy how it went!

Then removal day came and WOW! What amazing removal men. A huge thank you to Simon, Glen & Andy. They were just fantastic from start to finish. Awesome work ethic, they do the company proud and should get a bonus. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you White & Co Telford.
