David and Stuart worked tirelessly all the time they were here and were always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this firm highly. Exceptional staff and v professional service.

The team arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently to pack everything. They took extra care to ensure everything with appropriately wrapped and safely packed. Donal Sarmiento clearly explained everything and was very friendly.
The whole process was stress free and as straightforward as it could have possibly been.

Excellent removals service from start to finish. Removers arrived early; were very polite and provide floor coverings and ensured everything was moved safely. I highly recommend Whites and we have used them before.

Outstanding service at all stages: admin couldn't have been more efficient and supportive, especially with guidance about HMRC duties of our furniture being transported from Austria to UK; similarly the separate crews that collected our stuff in Austria and delivered it to the UK were both fantastically helpful and efficient.

Outstanding service and really helpful. Dean, Andy, Bill, Tony, and Jamie from the knaresborough branch were all super helpful and professional. Mandy, from the office, was also really helpful. We had a lot to move and they did a sterling job.

Our goods were packed and collected and put into storage for over nine months. When delivered and unpacked, all were in the same condition as when packed. Well wrapped and careful handling ensured a great experience.

I sent a part load to NZ from Scotland and used the Dumfermline branch. The service could not be better. Instant responses to communications, most helpful, kind and efficient staff, even after delivery to NZ. It is the best experience I have had with a removal company and we have moved often, and globally during our lives. Wholeheartedly recommend the staff, quality of the move (all beautifully packaged, secure and nothing damaged).
