I ordered 2 shirts, one brown and one khaki and 1 hat. The first issue was they overcharged my credit card. The order total was $81.87 which showed on the order screen when I placed the order. My card was charged $94.15. I emailed them and they did credit the $12.28 discrepancy and stated it was a system glitch. Items delivered were not even close in color to what was pictured on their website. The brown shirt I received was more orange than brown. The khaki shirt was more of a cream color. Both shirts were just swirls of dye. The photo makes it look like it has reinforced elbows and button up strips. The shirt had dark circles dyed on the elbows and the button up strips. They sell a vastly inferior product than what they show online. I would not even put this on my dog. He would roll around to try to get the ugly thing off and wonder what he did to get punished. Very cheap material. You can't deal with these people at all and its excuse after excuse on why they won’t honor their return policy and take the junk back and provide a refund. Every email said the same thing, it was the correct order. They offered me $8.00 as compensation on a $81.87 order. I replied that I was not happy with their product quality and I just want to return the items for a full refund. They replied that the product I received is what I ordered and raised their offer $12.00. Again, I asked for a refund, they upped their compensation to $17.00. I still didn't accept and they upped the offer again to $25.00. Since these people won’t honor their return policy, I hit the dispute button on my CC website. I listed that the products received where not as advertised and they refuse to honor their return policy. My CC company back charged them and gave them 39 calendar days to respond. Someone from Whiteclothes sent me an email saying that they were back charged because I didn’t receive the items. Please check with your neighbors because the tracking says it was delivered. I did not respond to that email. Apparently, they didn’t answer the bank either. I got a credit for the $81.87 to my CC and now I can just throw this garbage in the trash where is belongs. Do not buy from them!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a breast cancer awareness knit sweater from them.they advertised as usa company.it was send from chicago.however credit card was funny trade ltd. The item was not a sweater.It was not knit It was a cheap fabric cardigan with printed screen print poly foam fabric. Try to return even though the product was mailed from Chicago I had to return it to China but cost to return was as much as the item. I am out $53 and screwed. Never buy from this company.

I purchased two breast cancer awareness sweaters on October 1st. Not only did I not receive them by the end of the month, I DID NOT receive them at all, they were delivered to the wrong address. White Cloth did nothing to help me. They get their money then forget about the customer or any integrity for their brand, so very disappointed. Buy USA! And even better support your local businesses!

The sweater that I received had to come all the way from China. They never mentioned this when I ordered it. When the product arrived, the color was different (much lighter) than shown on the web page. The product quality was also very poor. Finally, the large was quite big, too big to fit me. So, I tried to return it. White Cloths would not accept a return. I told them I'd ship it back to the US address that sent it. They told me, I'd have to ship it all the way back to China.

Worst customer service ever. Shoes too big and not happy with the shirts. Failed to refund except $11.00 for an $80.00 order. Never again will I ever buy again as no other company has ever refused to help.

These earrings are simply adorable! The design is unique and charming, featuring cute little sheep that add a playful touch to any outfit. They are quite detailed and the size is perfect, not too big or too small. The quality is also very good. I get compliments every time I wear them.

The product I received was not the one advertised. The picture on the website was of a yarn sweater. The one I received was made of some polyester fabric. It took 3 weeks for the item to reach me. There were no washing instructions sewn in the item. It looked like it was made in someone's bedroom.

I am not entirely sure where this company is located because my item shipped from Ireland and took literally a month to get to me. I then opened up the package and it was not even close to what I ordered, it was a cheap knockoff of what the picture was. DO NOT USE this company.

Snazzy vintage hat with a unique design, truly an eye-catcher. Super comfortable fit, though the material feels a tad delicate. A sturdier fabric would enhance its longevity. Great for adding flair to any outfit; perfect blend of nostalgia and style!

This has been a month long ongoing nightmare with this company. They immediately overcharged my credit card. I've been in a credit card dispute with my bank. This company will NOT respond to ANY emails send to them, nor provide any return information needed. I'm reporting them to the BBB, but with the location of the business in ROMANIA, this may be an issue. A word of caustion: use a LEGITIMATE COMPANY IN THE USA

Absolute scam...do not deal with this company they do not provide what they advertise. They take more from credit card than amount due. No communication from them at all, they are Chinese based company not u.k. based as claimed. They trade under different names so check who you are ordering from. Again scammers...

Sizing was off and I needed to return the items I ordered. Quality was not good either. I asked how to return the for a refund and was offered only $10! Terrible ……do NOT order from them

What a scam! The picture of the beautiful knitted sweater for cancer awareness was nothing like the actual polyester ugly thing that arrived. This company also states made in the USA but the tracking on the package came from France and took over a month to receive the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a lovely bulky knit sweater for my 83 year old mother because she is always cold. What I received after several weeks was a cheap polyester hoodie. It looks nothing like the photo, it is not warm or appropriate for an elderly woman. It will not fit anyone I know, nor do I know anyone who would wear such a horrid looking thing. They refuse to listen or to allow a refund. The sent an insulting offer to give me back $2 on an $84 order that turned out be nothing but a scam

Why's is there not a negative choice? Zero zero. Scammers, rip offs, cheaply made. Ugly breast cancer umm was to be a sweater but it's a thin piece of cloth. Ridiculous!! Been fighting with them for over 2 weeks for full refund. But offer pennies.

Do not order from this company! The items received are not the items advertised and are of VERY poor quality. They will offer $3-8 as a refund to "solve the problem" or tell you you need to return the item to China which will be very expensive. Scammers!!

I ordered a Vintage Western Stand Collar sweatshirt and the product I received (after a month in shipping) looked nothing like the photo online. The material was flimsy, the color was different from the picture and the elbow patches appeared to be sprayed on as opposed to actual patches. I was very disappointed!
