Purchased a sweater from white cloth and received a sweater that looked nothing like the picture on the website. Requested to return the item for a refund and they would not honor it. Don’t be misled like I was!

Although their website says Made in America, one would also expect that items are shipped from the US. However, my items were shipped from Italy. Shirts ran small so I wanted to exchange them. They told me return shipping would be outrageous. They would reimburse me $4 US and I could keep them. This is not a US company.

I ordered a sweater in September from this coming for breast Cancer -my bank paid this company but I never received my article -I want the item I paid for and every time I try to track it I’m told it’s either somewhere in transit or there’s nothing found -Do I file a report with the Consumer Affairs Dept.?

My shopping experience was extremely negative….suggesting to me that their “Christian” values are put on to fool everyone who shops w them. I made my purchase and take responsible for that. Within moments of the sale processing, $12 was added on…they said a glitch in the system. Then there was 92¢, then charging my account for the entire price including the glitch price. I’m glad I paid attention. Then the order took 30 days to arrive. Length of time to receive the order should be told up front. I absolutely would not have ordered if given the correct shipping time. They offer returning information. After I received the order, I asked to return. They said they’d have to have pictures of the items they sent but also the items would be returned to China and I’d have to pay the entire freight return cost. I say RIP OFF and hideous customer service every step. BUYER BEWARE if buying from this company

since the company told me I could not cancel order I had to receive an order that was too small and the material was like parachute material. I have sent many emails to return/refund but no acknowledgment. but when I tried to cancel they were quick to say no

Ordered 10/2/24. Still waiting 10/21. Said it's coming from Ireland. Breast cancer awareness month will be over till it arrives if it ever does

I ordered a Santa Clause sweater and paid over $40 for something that looks like what you can get from a dollar store very cheap material so disappointed I ordered it on Sept 30th and just received yesterday Oct 21st I emailed the company last week through their "support" email and no response this company is a scam.

After reading these reviews I believe i won't be getting my order. I order on 10/5 & all I got was order has been shipped with a tracking # that doesn't pop up. I read one review about she contacted the company & they told her no refund & she would have to find on her order on her own. Well this is why I'm now suspicious that I may never get my order. Yes I did an email but got no response ugh.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Never received my order after waiting 2 months!!! They insist it was delivered and I’m basically responsible for finding it. They refuse to refund my money!!! Employees are rude!! Reported to the Better Business Bureau!!! TERRIBLE

I have asked how much money is given to their “causes” and specifically which charitable and research organizations. No reply!!!! This is a scam! People believe they are getting a good product while supporting charities. Not true!

If I could give a zero i would. The quality is cheap and poorly made. I bought a breast cancer top that I would never wear. Took forever to get. Will be returning if it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to send back since they hide they are in China. Very disappointed.

Horrible, kept getting emails saying that it was being shipped from Italy. I some how don’t believe that to be true! What I ordered and what arrived did not look anything alike! I thought my wife ordered a Halloween costume and realized it was my order. Cheap materials and fake scamming company!

Horrible! Does not look like the product shown on the site. I tried to cancel 10 minutes after ordering, as they charged me the wrong price, and was told i couldn't. It is not a sweater, it is polyester with a print on it!! And the size is way off with no made in tag, total scam!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes and one was a pair I looked at closer but I choose a different pair that was not supporting a name of a politician. I showed them the order with the picture of what the shoes look like and what they sent. They denied the order was wrong and offer to give me the correct ones for an exchange. They only offered a compensation of $4-6. Never buying from them again.

The clothing I received looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures on the website. Trustpilot needs to look at the pattern of positive reviews, they are obviously fake to gain a higher rating. Trustpilot is helping these scammers steal from people!

Received after a three-week wait; satisfactory design for its price, though not exceptional. Craftsmanship is decent, fitting comfortably. Improving shipment speed would enhance the overall purchasing experience and customer satisfaction.

I ordered four Cancer Awareness Shirts September 20th, 2024. Today October 15th, 2024 I finally received my order. I ordered all my shirts size 4XL, when I took them out of their packaging they looked like a size XL.
There returns system is a headache! The bag they sent the shirts in came with no itemized packaging slip. So I’m sure this will be a lesson learned for me not to order from this company or any company you see on Facebook trying to get your attention with there ad of your feed page.

The product you will receive is NOTHING like advertised! All polyester and very poorly made. Wish I could post pictures of the trash they sent me.

I ordered several shirts and was not happy with the quality and wanted to return . The material and quality of sewing was aweful. After several emails , they offered a $9 refund on a $40 return . Every email said the same thing , it was the correct order . It does not seem important to make the customer happy.
