I ordered a t-shirt that stated that it was 100% cotton and that the sizes were true to size. When I received the shirt on October 26th, it was #1- way too small and #2 it was NOT COTTON. It was some kind of polyester material that I cannot stand. Since that day, I have been trying to find out how to send it back and get a refund. They just keep either ignoring me, or sending messages that make absolutely no sense!

What I received is different from what is on the website.

This was a great shoe that I bought. Was a really good value. My new spiked golf shoes are great. Comfortable and give secure footing. Good price. I prefer spiked shoes. The color is versatile as well. confertable so far.

Worst customer service on earth, even more worst is their product. The picture does not match the product, they use cheap material.
They don’t answer their emails. I sent several pictures of the product received, nothing at all what I ordered! Cheap and flimsy material with drooping sleeves that wasn’t mentioned in the description of the sweatshirt.

I ordered a sweatshirt and received an item that isn't close to a sweatshirt fabric. I have been trying to return the item since the day I received it and so far, their suggestions have been that maybe I could give it as a gifts to someone (I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone); then they offered my $4 for a $26 item; now, they have offered me $5.

Based on my recent dealings with what they call customer service, I feel they make and distribute poor quality items and hope you will not try to return them.

Stay away from this company.

Update—as of Dec. 27, 2023, I have still not received a refund. Recent message I was told to “wait patiently”.

Update—as of Jan. 24, 2024, it has now been 70 days since I was told they would send me a refund. This company is a scam.

The return policy is not as clear as it states. They will not accept returns if he product does not fit. I am very unhappy with the quality and sizing (and I went by the measurements on the site). They will not accept my return and I am stuck with over $100 worth of product I cannot wear or even give away. Lesson learned. Buy from a company that I know

As I sit and wait for a Customer Service representative to get back to me about a CANCELATION. I feel like there is noone at the end of the tunnel to help. Where can I find a phone number to call other than a Contact Us at support

At this point all I want is to cancel my "duplicate" order and get a refun.

Poor quality merchandise. Their 'easy return policy' is a flat out lie.

Comfy and well made. Poseable wire in brim and nicely knit. Not too heavy.

Do NOT order from this place. Ordered and immediately regretted my action. The amount that my receipt was, was not the same they pulled out of my bank. $15 more was pulled out. Ordered on 10/10, tried to cancel order but couldn’t so gave up. Kept getting emails about my order shipping from Finland and finally received my order 10/31. Also, I began receiving a bunch of scam and phish emails once I bought something.
Received my items and they are made of cheap materials. The middle pockets of the sweater is too small to put my hands in and it is lightweight. The other sweater that I thought was ok turned out to be another that I wouldn’t wear as the neck line is loose, strings coming out and the arm length was a bit too long.

Dissatisfied. Feel cheated. $73 down the drain.

My order was received 10/6/23, been trying to get someone to help, the shirt was NOT as advertised, no signature on shirt & was about a size 4xxx, was to be a medium, they have made it impossible to get thru!! Will never order again & will make others aware of this company.

It sounds as if this company is leaving a trail of unhappy customers behind it, including me!
I am very dissatisfied with the quality of sweatshirt that I received - it is a thin polyester top, nothing like the picture that was advertised, bright orange instead of "pumpkin" & not even a garment tag on the inside. It is so cheaply made, I would be embarrassed to give it away! It's definitely false advertising- zero thumbs up on this one!! :(

Beware. This company is a fraud. They advertise high quality t-shirts and sweat sweaters that are , in reality , cheap and the images are copyright protected. I purchased a shirt that was advertised as 100% cotton and a vintage image. Beautiful? No!!!! When I finally got the order it is cheap poly and the print has watermarks on it!!! STAY AWAY from whitecloths it white wash on the outside poison on the inside.

My second pair. Lots of support, and not ugly- they rub the top of my toe a bit, but I wear for a short time a week, and then they are good. I highly suggest for those of you with foot issues-

SCAM! Never received shirt! Ordered Jimmy Buffet shirt for fundraiser for Maui animal shelter. Fraud Company going to try to get money back from credit card due to fraud! Do not buy from this company!

SCAM!!! Ordered Landshark sweatshirt and waited over a month-email said delivered to NJ, but my address is in TN. Customer service keeps saying “it was delivered”

Reporting to cc company as Fraud!

Buyer beware!! Don’t do business with this company! I didn’t even want to give one star! A very big mess using PayPal to help me. They are not authorized to rep Jimmy Buffett or the Maui fire fund! Shirts are an awful polyester with seams on the outside standing up and with childish iron on and sized huge!! There is no recourse for refunds and it says made in America but correspondence is oriental including the “pay to” info. No part of the ad I purchased from was truthful. So I’m out over $70.

I wish you had zero stars based on my experience with this horrible company. I bought a necklace and it was broken when I got it. I wanted a refund and the only way I was going to get it was to return it. It was going to cost $17.80 to send to China! Absurd! I paid through my PayPal account and they said the only way to get a refund was to send it back and give them the tracking number from the post office. Lesson learned and my advice, DO NOT order anything from this company!

Charged $21.07 extra on my order of $105.35. Whitecloths invoice $105.35 yet they charged Paypal $126.42. $21.07 more under the heading tax. I don't care where you live in the US that is 20% tax. I called paypal immediately to stop order. Paypal said order was shipped already that they couldn't do anything. Received part of order. What a joke. Items are nothing like they advertised. Not made in the US like they said. They are unwearable. Shipped from Austria.

Shirts are Not at all as pictured their definition of a sweatshirt is a long sleeve tshirt with a band around the waist. HORRIBLE customer service printed one shirt backwards and offered me 2.00. Total scam buyer beware
