100% a scam. Bought what I thought was a cute sweater with a fluffy embroidered fox. What I got was a cheap 3D, misshaped print in flimsy material that pulled the first time it was washed. Also the arms are too small. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You have been warned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Reading the Reviews I doubt that this company wants to improve their quality or service. SO wish I had read the reviews of this company before purchasing a Hoodie that said part of the cost would be donated to the fire area in Maui, Hawaii The Hoodie pictured was very pretty with a Turtle on it. I did order X-Large so I could wear a turtle neck under it if the weather was cold. The x-large would fit a woman twice my size. I wear a 16. The shoulder seams were halfway down my arms and for a Hoodie the material was extremely light weight and should have been advertised as a summer coverup. When I contacted the company and explained my issues and sent pictures and everything they requested their response was I GOT WHAT I ORDERED and that was that!!! No offer of exchange or refund. I also doubt that Maui, Hawaii will ever receive a dime from my purchase. Never do business with these people.

100% a scam. Does not send product, when you open a case with PayPal they provide phony tracking information. I know it's fake because the package bounces around the country in impossible timeframes. DO NOT BUY from Whitecloths. I fell for the facebook ad, I will never do that again.

If I could have given no stars I would, it is one of those companies that are way sketchy, saw on face book if you bought one of these certain tops they would donate to a sheep farm that was close to having to close, tops looked so cute had two white sheep on the front and one black looked like the sheep were wooley and the top was wool blend but turns out was just 3D print, material terrible. Customer service would not allow me to return said to expensive so would not give return label and after 3 weeks of fighting them they said they would refund $3.00 USD when I paid $30.00 for the top. You can tell they don't understand English, there is no phone number to call everything was email and there website is a nightmare to navigate I think so people just give up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible company! Cheap material, looks nothing like pictures. Do not order anything!

This company is a SCAM. I ordered an expensive sweater with embroidered sheep on the front, suposedly made in USA. After many weeks and emails "tracking" my item through Finland, a flimsy bag package arrived from New York. I've received an ugly shirt made of shiny polyester fabric with a sweater-like texture printed on the fabric. The "embroidered" sheep is printed on! I will attempt to get a refund. BEWARE!

If I could give a negative star I would. The products are NOT anything like the pictures on the models. They looked like nice sweaters on the website, and the items I received are poor quality screen shots of a sweater. Poor quality materials, very disappointing. The seller's wanted me to send a picture of what I received to prove my claim. What a joke.

Not worth even one star. Ordered tops and a hat from Whitecloths, whose website advertises Made in USA. Got 'update' emails that products were going from UK to Denmark (huh?) then a package arrived by USPS from CA. As others have said - flimsy material not 'plush' or fleecy or warm at all, and printed pattern is quite blurry. Very cheap goods. The hat has a 'Made in China' label. When you try to do a return you get a chat window that I think is powered by AI. The bottom line is that you get offered $3 and the suggestion to give the items as gifts. If you push it, you get a $5 refund offer because shipping a return back to the warehouse in China is too expensive. No company would make goods in the US; send them from Europe to CA, to then mail to the east coast of the US. Googled the name and address on the return USPS label. The same name came up with other complaints about getting other cheap goods with a return address of a Postal Annex business a few miles away from the return address on my order (which is a small business center as well).

The items I ordered were described as being "Made in the United States" but are actually very low quality made in China and shipped from Italy. Their customer service is appalling.

Fit was perfect. Like the feel and design.

What you get and what they sell you are two totally different things. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Not only was the quality extremely poor and sizing way off (size small is actually more like an extra large), but the customer service suggestion was that I keep it (no refund) because the shipping costs are high and the refund process is long. That is their solution.

This is a lying company from China! Advertised from the USA, I tracked my "package" from China to my mailbox. Nothing was there. They took my money and gave me nothing. Typical China.

SCAM!!!!!!!!! If I could give 10 minus stars, I would. The sweatshirt | sweater I ordered was a Scottish Highland cow. The PICTURE on the website was of a knit. The product I received was a PICTURE of a knit on polyester. Now whitecloths.com site will not display ANY pictures of any merchandise. How convenient is that? They also said they were located in the USA - NOT, it is CHINA. took a month for the merchandise to arrive. I paid through Paypal and I will be disputing this transaction. $40+ for a scam and a terrible piece of clothing.

Came from Italy when advertised as made in USA. The “ sweatshirt” was nothing as described- screen printed shirt- not a fuzzy sweatshirt! And it’s ugly.
Total ripoff after paying customs and overseas shipping.

This company is a scam…DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I ordered a sweatshirt from them. It is 2 months later and I have not received it. They can’t tell me where it is. I’ve asked for a refund but haven’t received it yet.

The online site claimed that the items were made in the U.S. (my order shipped from Italy). The quality of the items including quality of texture and color does not match the online descriptions. The texture is screen printed on. The support emails keep telling me I should keep the product as shipping fees to return are high and there is a long delay in refunds. Scammer

Impossible to talk to anyone in customer service. I spent over $75 on items. After 3 weeks I received one pair of pants. Knowing how sizing goes on these sites, I ordered a 2X in hopes that it would fit, WRONG! It looked more like a medium, large at best. Still waiting for 2 tops, it's been over 6 weeks now. I'm sure they will be crap too! Wish I could leave a - 5 star.

The one star is for the cute items advertised. I wish I had checked this company out before purchasing three sweatshirts. After a month two arrived from Ireland (???) and were flimsy material and cheaply made. The label inside said made in China and dry clean only. I still have not received the third and am so angry at myself for trusting them. Please do not order from them as you will be greatly disappointed. Also your total will be over $10 more than you were led to believe.

This company (White Cloths) gets zero stars !!!This company falsely advertised a sweater which was supposed to be wool/sweatshirt material hand knit and embroidered and instead I received T-shirt quality material with a digital imprint of a picture which was supposed to be embroidered onto the sweater. Customer service offered me five dollars to keep the product and apologized. (I paid $42) I refused and then basically they told me they couldn't help me. I wish I would've looked at the reviews for this company before I ordered because it seems this company scams people all the time. Please save yourself the trouble, and do not buy from them. The company is dishonest and they do not deserve to be in business .
