I ordered two items - you advised me that one of them wasn’t in stock and an alternative had been sent BUT you assured me that a phone call would elicit a prepaid return label if the replacement wasn’t suitable! Sadly it wasn’t, but you were as true as your word and I’ve received a refund without quibble.

Great shopping experience with White Finn. I shopped around for the dress I wanted and WF had by far the best price. I’d never heard of them but I ordered it and it arrived much earlier than expected, beautifully packaged. So they ticked all the boxes. Best price, great service, great product. I definitely recommend this company.

My linen trousers are wonderful! Really lovely, comfortable & a perfect fit.
What impressed me the most though, was some good old fashioned, excellent customer service!
I called the store to see if delivery could be sped up as I’d left it late to order. Totally my fault but the staff could not have been more helpful & accommodating. It was super refreshing, as unfortunately good customer service is disappearing. Will definitely shop here again. Very pleased all round!!
