The prices are good, shipping is bad
The prices are good, but the courier service is confusing. It would be helpful to clearly state that it's DHL eCommerce and not DHL Express, so customers can plan accordingly.

it’s a scam
I ordered package, I payed for it almost 50€, I never recovered confirmation on email, nothing. And of course no package. I sent email with questions 2 times - no answer. It’s a scam.

Website was good but product is bad.
Shipping was quick and painless but the pouches have almost no flavour other than a very bitter taste, nothing like the same brand of pouches I’ve got before from other places. Not sure if it’s a bad batch from the manufacturer or what the problem is.
