Used the size guide

Used the size guide, measured my daughter and ordered S/M according to the guide. When the hoodie came it fitted myself. A mid 30's Xl male. No extended returns over Xmas. No reply from customer services!

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful. The clothes may be decent, but the customer service is downright atrocious. I made a return in December that went smoothly, but my second return a week later has been an absolute disaster. I’ve emailed them ten times, providing proof of postage and app screenshots, yet they keep sending the same useless response claiming my return is complete — referring to the first package, not the second. It’s infuriating how incompetent they are. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to avoid this company. They are completely useless.

Scam

Scam. They put prices on their home page with discount for black Friday but when you go in the cart and checkout you pay the full price. When claimed to Customer Service, after maaaany days, they said O had to activate the discount with a special procedure, I claimed the refund for the amount on the discount and they refused.
The portal is not clear, I intended to buy a jumper but I ordered trousers, but after a click you are done, no way to amend or cancel, even a minute after.
Customer care takes tens days to reply.
Definitely not a serious retailer, walk away.

Don’t spend your money

They don’t give relevant uk size information. I bought my daughter sweat top and joggers which are too big. The return code is invalid and myself and husband have emailed several times and no reply. The put a ridiculous return date by 6th Jan 2025. Still no contact from them and no way of returning the items.

I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could. I’m still waiting for an order I placed on November 30th. It’s lost because it hasn’t moved from its last location since December 21. I have sent numerous emails to white fox and they went from giving me the run around to not answering my emails at all now. I am beyond disappointed in their customer service.

Thieves

Thieves! Thats how I would describe this company! Order placed on 26th November - with a statement saying shipped next day from the UK. It was Santa presents for my daughter! Items never arrived (8 items in total)? although they took my €250 straight away! No status update, no email! I sent emails everyday for the month of Dec but only automatic response received in return! Daughter was so disappointed not to receive her items as per Santa letter! A complete disgrace!
It is now Jan 6th and still nothing! No refund! No clothes! No communication. Never ever ever shop from this company unless you want to be robbed and stressed to the hills!

DO NOT BUY

I purchased several dresses from White Fox after seeing their TikTok ads, but the experience was terrible. My order arrived with a dress missing, and despite multiple emails, they couldn’t tell me when or if it would be sent. Eventually, they admitted the dress was out of stock.

I returned the rest of my order within their 14-day return period to avoid issues and received confirmation of the return on December 12th. However, it’s now January 3rd, and they still haven’t processed my refund or responded to my emails.

Terrible service from start to finish. Avoid shopping with White Fox—they don’t deserve your money or time.

0 stars if I could. Not sure why but kids love this brand so waited for a xxxs hoodie to come in stock which it did on December 20th. Paid for next day delivery,to get it for a special Christmas present but here we are in January 3rd, royal main tracking said the same since December 21st “the sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail. More info will be available once we have received the package” so Royal Mail haven’t even received and absolutely zero customer service, two emails and no response. For a company that charges £55 for a basic hoodie they should put some money into a customer service team.

Damaged dress and terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Order from WFB and they sent me a damaged dress. I have contacted the company several times via email with no response. I submitted a return through their returns portal which now states I have “returned the item” however I never received a shipping label and still have the dress.
I have reported them to the ACCC and would recommend anyone in the same situation to do so. This company cannot keep taking consumers money in 2025 and supplying goods that are not fit for purchase and not offer a resolution. Do not buy from this company!!!

Wouldn't even give 1 star

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Ordered a small hoodie for my daughter, it was so big that it fit my husband who is 6ft tall. I returned the item and received an email from them on 13th December saying the return had been received and refund would be processed. It is now January 1st, no response to my 3 emails regarding the return, and no refund received. Very disappointed and would absolutely not make a purchase from them in the future.

Zero customer service. I returned my item with email confirmation it had been returned. Opted for store credit - never received - not on my account on the website. Just says ‘order fulfilled’. I have emailed 3 times and no response.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, quality of the product is really poor. I had purchased previously at the beginning of the year and had great service. Ordered before Christmas for gifts and the product was very poor, not the same quality as before. Have emailed the company twice and it has taken over two weeks to get a response back. The return window has now expired, emailed again and I am still awaiting a response to send garments back.

Terrible customer services

Terrible customer services. Didn’t dispatch items for over two weeks. Delivery once dispatched was as expected. Contacted customer services took them 14 days to respond with sorry took so long to respond not asking if there’s anything they can further help with nothing.

The return policy is terrible

The return policy is terrible! I received an item too late for Christmas that was ordered in November. I logged in to make a return and I can only get store credit for $11 less than what I paid! I don't want store credit and I want my money back!

Dreadful company!

Dreadful company! I am still waiting for a store credit after a return was acknowledged as received by them on 5th December. No response to my customer service email reporting this. I made two separate returns which were acknowledged on the same day. One return was credited on 15/12/24 the other has not been credited. After I have paid £4 on each delivery, then being forced to accept store credit as the alternative is to pay another £6 just to get a refund, I find this more of a scam website than a legitimate company. The quality of the products are not worth the money and any sale benefits are lost after delivery costs, return costs and failure to credit accounts are factored in. The jumper that was received is hand wash only. A £55 jumper you can't even put through the washing machine. How is this company so popular? The positive reviews seem dubious to me!

Absolutely no customer service…

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. No responses to emails or phone calls and even messaged via instagram. They sent me an email saying they received my returns and that I will get a refund for my items which totalled £46.00. No refund received from the 10th December. Having to put a dispute through my bank to try and claim the money back. Appalling!!!
