The Return scheme needs to be changed

The products available are very nice. The issue i have is with the return scheme. It is ridiculous in my opinion that the customer has to pay a certain sum to return an item. I bought 2 things and i did not like them so i had to send it back and each of them cost €10 to send back. Already with the cost of shipping to get them, i had to pay another sum to send back. That is a loss of €40 for me which is unbelievable. Another thing is that i never got a follow up on my return as i had noticed about a month after that the money i was due was still not in my account. i had to email the company asking for a follow up and magically after 2 days of contacting them, i was given a receipt of my refund and the money would be there in the next few days. I want White Fox to fix this issue as i will not be buying from them again in the near future. As regards of the customer service, they were very helpful.

AVOID!!!!

Absolutely awful service, never ever in my life would I order from this company again.
Literally just out there to rob people for their money, returned something that was a £6 fee to be returned £4 to be delivered so an item has cost me over £55 to be told at the beginning it couldn’t be refunded as the item wasn’t returned in the original packaging and tags had been removed…then another email to say that the top had a smell to it and there is no chance of a refund! I returned this item over a month ago now and I am still no further forward baring in mind the top doesn’t fit I was told that I could have the item sent back to me but I had to pay for the shipping why would I want to pay to have a item sent back to me that doesn’t fit? Just makes no sense what so ever.
Avoid!! Just generally avoid they are scammers, you will NOT get your money back if an item doesn’t fit you.
Just stay well & truly away from them.
Also a response to an email takes about 5 days and they just give you excuses after excuses and lie.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! I will never ever shop on this website…

I will never ever shop on this website ever again. I bought a T-shirt for my daughter size small-medium and it was absolutely massive. It was also shapeless and of poor quality. I organised the return the very same day we received it. Brand-new with tags still on so it shouldn’t have been an issue.
BUT I was only allowed a full amount back on store credit!
To get the full amount refunded back to my card was denied and they said there would be a £6 “fee” for doing so!
I’m pretty sure this is illegal in the UK and doesn’t fit our consumer rights to return things and get a full refund within the allotted time. Shocked. Having seen the poor quality of the clothes I do believe it is a scam as others have mentioned. No way would I want a replacement. Cheap Supermarket clothes are of better quality.

Update- I never did get a refund. I was scammed entirely. They took the unworn item back and stole all of the money. I was actively refused a refund for no reason in the email when they finally did respond. Apparently, theft is now legal!

Happy customer

I ordered sweatpants and hoody totalling £100 for my granddaughter. Great service arrived next day . Unfortunately it was to big so I went to returns, easy to do sending me a qr code and dropped off at my post office. The money came back to my account within 2 days less £6 postage . Happy with the quick service. Would buy again .

Great first time ordering super fast delivery

I ordered of this site and read reviews after I had ordered,so I will as alarmed straight away,so I went on to email them asking if I should worry right away I was emailed back within two minutes they reassured me that everything would be fine , I ordered a tracksuit and it was at my door 2 days later I was so relieved due to all the bad reviews, the quality was good little baggy for my liking but they are all oversized look , which I am not used to ,but everything was fine so they are not as bad as all the reviews

Good shopping experience

In spite of many poor reviews we decided to order a sweater because it is very lovely.
The webshop is easy to use with good pictures. Shipping was very quick and the item was received in a few days.
Only downside is that shipping is a bit expensive to Europe

Scam

I placed a large order there and returned almost
everything. The quality was really incredibly poor. The return shipment was delivered in mid-December. I've been waiting for my refund ever since. I have written countless emails and received no response. Since I paid for the order with PayPal, I reported a dispute to PayPal. One day later, I received an email from customer service saying that the return had arrived and that they could only issue the refund once the dispute with PayPal had been withdrawn. Please don't do this under any circumstances! This is a scam and you won't see your money again, as PayPal's buyer protection will then no longer apply. A refund is also possible if the dispute is still open with PayPal. Please don't let yourself be fooled! It's a shame that such a large company betrays its customers like this.

Still chasing a refund

I too am still trying to get a response from the company.I contacted the European Consumer Center Ireland and they advised to send a formal letter of complaint.They have a template you can download.Under consumer law White Fox has to refund the money if they failed to deliver the goods.I never had problems with them in the past.Its so disappointing and frustrating.

I have been trying to get hold of white…

I have been trying to get hold of white fox boutique for over 3 weeks now , they never reply to my emails , I used to be a loyal customer for them but I am very disappointed and puts me off ordering from them again as I have a faulty top I would like to send back and exchange but they just ignore my numerous emails I have sent for the last 3 weeks! I would have expected a customer service team that actually reply from a well known brand such as them, it seems the brand will loose it’s reputation now and I will not order from them again especially as if sizes are wrong, it seems can’t even exchange now for this as they never reply to emails and no phone number to contact them on either! Really unhappy with the service they provide , no good customer service whatsoever!

Over priced rubbish !!!
I brought my wife a hoodie and joggers and they sent the wrong size, now I’ve been trying for best part of 3 weeks to send them back and get a refund but I’m being completely ignored, and now when I go to my order it says item already returned even though I still have it and never received a QR code or return label and never got any money back, I’ve emailed them about 15 times asking for the matter to get resolved but it’s obviously fallen on deaf ears.
Even if the items was the right size I would still return them as the quality is very very poor in fact I think I could have made them better myself !!
I can’t believe that they have the cheek to charge people the prices they do for something that looks and is made so tatty
Over priced rubbish from a rubbish company that I will NEVER purchase anything from ever again

Use a company like SHEIN which has a better customer service.

.Is it a legitimate site?
I ordered items that were lost on the 29th of November and I have not received any refund.
I am only receiving AI generated replies.

Missing Item on order, poor customer service.…

My order arrived and was missing an item. I contacted Whitefox via rmail to say I had a hoodie missing. I had ordered 2 of the same hoodie but in 2 different sizes for my daughters for Christmas. I wrapped whatI received as I was going away for Christmas . I was then advised they needed photos of the items received, even though I listed everything received in the order. I explain I had wrapped the items and I would photograph them on Christmas day and send the photos at that point. The photos were sent on Boxing day as requested but have heard nothing ftom White Fox since and they are expensive hoodies too, all I wanted was the item missing to be sent. I am now out of pocket and my daughter missing the matching hoodie she wanted with her sister.

Refused Christmas exchange or return

Refused an exchange or return for Christmas gifts. I purchased a hoodie and sweatpants in early December as a gift, to discover on Christmas day that they were way too big for my daughter (XXS/S was huge on her!). Emailed straight away that day to be told by the AI bot that I was out of time for return or exchange (14 days). There was seemingly no extension for Christmas gifts which seems very unfair on the consumer. Have since emailed customer services and was asked for order No. which I gave but it has gone silent since, despite chasing. My daugher now has no Christmas present and I am left with a set of clothing I have paid a lot for and does not fit. So far I would rate my experience with White Fox Boutique as terrible. They seem to have complete disregard for their customers. I would expect a reply, at the very least.

STAY AWAY!!!!

This is the 2nd time I have bought from WFB & never again. The first one was last christmas, I bought a sweatshirt for my daughter-in-law that was far too big despite ordering her size. I was unable to get a refund or exchange so had to buy another one as it had been a christmas present. I should have learned the lesson then. This year, in an attempt to be organised for christmas, I shopped early, wrapped the loungewear set (in a smaller size this time) still too big but WFB AI (not even a real person) is refusing even an exchange despite original packaging & new condition etc. I am now stuck with a loungewear set that is no good to anyone. I will never buy from White Fox Boutique again & will slate their customer service at every opportunity - stay away!!!!

Whitefoxboutique scam

Completely scam. Stay away.
My daughter bought 3 items, and all of them were super large, properly swimming inside.
Day after returned; she received the confirmation return email, but no refund or store credit was received to us.
Also, there is no customer service at all. To contact them it is available only a poor AI agent which hallucinate, not able to help.
