Customer service is null and void. Ordered two hoodies and two joggers. One was completely incorrect colour and labelled incorrectly on their end.
Sent numerous emails, tried chat online only to be ignored on both.
Ordered on Black Friday sales, so item was at a reduced rate. This was a Christmas gift so I had to reorder the item again as I can’t be guaranteed to have the correct item by Christmas. So in turn I paid more than the original price I paid.
On the website they specify that £9 to be taken from the amount to be refunded for shipping back. I have also raised this numerous times only to be ignored.
I’ve ordered a few times from here but this is certainly my last.

Impossible to estimate appropriate sizing for hoodies for kids. No option to exchange- have to return items and chance your luck that items will be in stock. They charge you £6 if you want your money back, otherwise store credit only. Conveniently took just long enough for sales to end, so now same products are £20 more expensive (plus shipping!). Customer service is Australian time zone- useless for UK customers. Will never buy from these guys again. What a shambles of an experience.
Returned my order over 2 weeks ago no refund
Returned my order over 2 weeks ago they sent an email confirming they had received my return still not got a refund 2 weeks later. I’ve not like it’s £10 it was a £170 order which for many people is a lot of money. Customer service is shocking only get through to an ai bot they ask you to confirm your email and order number and then never get a response.

Was very unsure about ordering having read all the negative reviews, but the item I ordered looks ok ( it’s for a gift) and came exactly a week after placing order. No dispatch communication which would have given peace of mind as no idea when or if I would receive it. But all positive otherwise.
Completely wrong item and size…
Completely wrong item and size received. I ordered a small pink tshirt and instead received an xl grey hoody. Multiple emails and photos to ‘prove’ this and then asked to return the item for a refund at inconvenience to me with no resolution on the item I actually ordered and presumably no refund on the postage I paid. Ridiculous!
An easy experience and great quality…
An easy experience and great quality clothes. My daughter wanted White Fox clothes but having read the reviews I was nervous to order. However I did, and we ordered a pair of joggers and matching hoodie, the items came within 3/4 days and good quality. Hoodie was too big, so I returned it and requested store credit so I could repurchase the smaller size, this was processed so quickly, within days I had the store credit (quicker than a refund) and repurchased the hoodie again. This arrived a few days later and was kept. The communication was good, I received order confirmation, dispatch emails and a store credit email. The experience was easy and the items arrived quicker than most online stores. Don’t be put off by the reviews as not many people leave good reviews but everyone is quick to leave a bad one. I ordered via Klarna for extra security too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order by mistake after the website glitched and once I emailed them immediately all they can say is “you can return the items” which is going to cost me for and order I never wanted to place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM RUN COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Poor quality clothes - avoid!
I bought a jumper from White Fox for my daughter as a birthday gift, and after only three wears it already started to pill and look worn. She’s been really careful with it and I’ve followed the washing instructions exactly, so we were both surprised and disappointed to see how quickly the fabric deteriorated, especially considering the price and the fact that she owns other jumpers from different brands that still look new after months of wear.
When I reached out to customer service, their response was basically that pilling is normal and can be fixed by removing it myself. For something that’s been worn only a handful of times, that’s really not what I’d expect from a supposedly premium brand.
Overall, the quality is poor for the cost, and the customer service response felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, we won’t be purchasing from White Fox again.

What awful customer service!! Do not buy from White Fox!
I have recently spent the past 6 weeks trying to get a refund for my return. I did everything by the returns policy, however my return was never refunded. When I contacted White Fox I spoke to someone called Alexis and she informed me that only 1 of my 2 items was received and they could therefore not refund me, despite the fact that I had already received a return confirmation from them saying that they had received both items.
I found the whole exchange very passive aggressive. Alexis seemed to imply that I was being dishonest and lying about returning both items, despite me providing solid evidence of my return?! There was no benefit of the doubt given, no attempt to keep me as a customer and definitely no professionalism. There were weeks in between replies and that would often be a screenshot of the previous email sent. There was no attempt to help me, no attempt to find the error in their returns department and absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation.
Luckily I purchased through Klarna and one 30 second conversation with them got me a full refund, in hindsight I should have just done that from the start. Needless to say I will not be buying from White Fox again and I will be warning all my friends and family not to as well, which is a shame as their products are actually pretty decent.

Absolutely Awful Experience – Lost Parcel, No Refund, Zero Accountability
I’m beyond frustrated with White Fox Boutique. My parcel never arrived, and instead of helping, their customer service hid behind their “terms and conditions,” claiming they’re not responsible for lost or stolen orders. That’s completely unacceptable. I paid them, not the courier — it’s their job to make sure customers actually receive what they paid for.
They flat-out refused to give me a refund and were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive throughout the whole process. The attitude I got from their customer service was shocking — no empathy, no responsibility, just excuses.
I’ve never dealt with such poor customer care. I’m left without my order and out of pocket, and they don’t seem to care at all.
I honestly regret ordering from them and would strongly warn anyone thinking about buying from White Fox Boutique. If your parcel gets lost or stolen, you’ll get nothing but a copy-paste response and zero support.

I ordered a blue skirt with shells for my birthday, but I haven’t even had the chance to wear it out once. As soon as I tried it on, two shells fell off. I sent three emails requesting either a refund or an exchange for a new skirt, but the customer service has been terrible. They replied once saying they would get back to me, but I never heard from them again.

With what seems like a trend on here regarding a company that wants to be popular, it’s a shame their customer service doesn’t match their popularity. I had purchased a jumper for my daughter for a birthday present and later found the top was too big for her. Initially when returning the item, I thought it was a simple process….how wrong was I?!? I initially just wanted to exchange the item to the right size but as anyone who has used Whitefox will know, they do not give this option online, only a return for a full refund or a return for store credit. I chose the return for store credit as I wanted the top in the right size. I also had a 30% discount code which they seem to provide regularly on the original purchase and thought this would be honoured as, in my eyes, I wanted to exchange the item. I have since been met with obstacle after obstacle. Whitefox have said they will not honour a discount code even though since this started they have had 2 or 3 flash sales with 30% off. And since asking for my store credit to be changed to a refund to me, guess what, they apparently live in the dark ages with no technology to be able to perform such sorcery! I am now left with store credit I do not wish to use as someone else has bought my daughter this top, and I feel me continuing to use this company and my hard earned money with them would be considered surrendering. I would not and will not be using this company again and would advise anyone else who is unsure if the size will be right or not to heavily consider the fact that if it is wrong and you wish to return for an exchange, you may have more luck finding that pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!

My granddaughter has talked about White Fox for ages so i decided to get some stuff for her birthday, i was initially put off after reading some bad reviews but thought i'd chance it anyway and i'm so glad i did, less than 48 hours after ordering i got my delivery today and i'm absolutely over the moon, everything i ordered is great, fantastic quality and well worth the money, she's going to be so happy x

Placed an order over a year ago and the sizing was ridiculous, far too big. Sent back the order and had no correspondence regarding a refund. Waited and waited and sent numerous emails, tried contacting via social media and every communication was ignored. Over a year later and still no refund. They will take your order back and keep your money! Wouldn’t recommend.

Clothes are 'ok' quality- service is appalling! Missing tshirt from my original delivery. Refused to redispatch UNTIL I sent the following (which my help others in my position):
'' While I appreciate your investigation into the matter, I would like to respectfully remind you of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
According to the Act, it is the retailer's responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are delivered as described and in the correct quantity.
The fact that your records indicate the items were packed and dispatched does not negate my rights as a consumer. Since I have not received the complete order, the onus remains on you as the retailer to resolve the issue.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled to receive the goods I have paid for, and in cases where items are missing or not delivered as promised, I have the right to request a replacement or a refund.
I would appreciate it if you could reassess the situation and arrange for the missing item to be delivered promptly or issue a suitable refund. I trust that you will resolve this matter in accordance with your legal obligations.''

I received a duplicate order and I have been trying for approximately 6 weeks to simply get someone to help me send the item back.
I finally got an email response on 22nd February…which I responded to immediately…and yet here I am yet another 9 days later waiting on a response.
I will never…ever use this company again as I think how they treat their customers is absolutely appalling!!

Clothes I have received are great quality and my daughter loves them. Had to return one item and am still waiting for a refund from December 24. have sent 4 emails and have heard nothing from them. wouldn’t use again.
Unless you're 100% sure of the sizing don't take the chance. Get it wrong and your money has gone
On the 16th November I ordered a pair of boots for my 12 year old granddaughter who was hoping for a "White Fox" Christmas. They arrived quickly but I could see straight away that they were too small so I e-mailed the company asking could I exchange for a bigger size. They replied quickly saying no exchanges and sent a link for a returns form. As soon as I put the order number in I got the message "Not eligible for return". E-mailed again and got a generic reply along the lines of "This is a very busy period and it will take longer to reply". In the meantime, I ordered another pair of boots in a bigger size along with a couple of other things which also arrived quickly. I waited and over a week later received an e-mail saying "How did we do? We like feedback from our customers" blah blah blah. E-mailed again only to receive the same generic "This is a very busy period" response. I have e-mailed the company well over a dozen times and received the same reply. Out of the blue I received an e-mail on 21st January (the e-mail was dated 14th January), asking if my problem was now resolved. I immediately responded explaining everything but they haven't got back to me. I don't see how this company can survive for long as they obviously couldn't care less about the customer once they have your money.
