Stole my money ?
I ordered a top on 23rd December . This is the 21st January , Apparantley it was sent be Royal Mail tracked 48 hours, still haven’t received it nor a refund despite several emails to them. Really really bad customer service. Starting to think they have just stole my money
No customer support and no refund in sight…
I ordered some items for my daughter’s birthday and the sizing was wrong so did a return online and requested store credit not realising it wouldn’t be instant. Had to pay again for correct sizes to make sure I had in time. Emailed 27th December to explain I requested store credit but needed to change to a refund and I still don’t have a response. There is no store credit in my account and I haven’t had the funds returned to me. It’s appalling that businesses can behave in this way. I could barely afford the purchase first time so now it’s left me short of money for the month.
I won’t be shopping here again.
Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful. The clothes may be decent, but the customer service is downright atrocious. I made a return in December that went smoothly, but my second return a week later has been an absolute disaster. I’ve emailed them ten times, providing proof of postage and app screenshots, yet they keep sending the same useless response claiming my return is complete — referring to the first package, not the second. It’s infuriating how incompetent they are. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to avoid this company. They are completely useless.

Absolutely the worst service of any company I have made an online purchase from.
No email communication on order. Ordered end November - parcel took 2 weeks to arrive (despite 3-5 day claim) and then only half arrived. I was refunded for the second item. The order was a Christmas present. It absolutely drowns my daughter. Went through the refunds process, and chose store credit as my daughter wants a smaller size. Generated the QR code, sent the item back. Have received notification it has been received on 2nd January. It is now the 8th and no refund in site. I waited up until 10pm to speak to online support. They informed me that I do not qualify for store credit as it is outside their 14 day return window? HOWEVER my return was accepted by the site and I have sent the item back using their generated QR code? I now have no credit or hoodie and a devastated 12 year old without a Christmas present. All I want is the replacement is that too much to ask?

I was so worried seeing the reviews of people saying lost packages and all but i ordered my hoodie 9 days before I got it it’s great quality the only thing was there was one conformation email and nothing else I had no clue when it was going to arrive but it did that was the only thing I was worried about
Ignoring emails and no refund in sight
Ordered a hoodie for my daughter for a Christmas. It arrived without issue however the XXS would have drowned me let alone a 10 year old. Requested to return the hoodie and again no issues there as was sent a QR code for posting it back. Eventually got an email saying it had been received and a refund would be provided within “several days”. From then there has been no further correspondence, no refund, no reply to numerous emails or via the messaging system on their website. It’s now been 3 weeks since the email saying the refund will be processed in several days. They are completely ignoring me now. Shocking customer service and I’ll not be ordering from them again! I’ve opened a PayPal resolution as I paid via PayPal so here’s hoping they might be able to get me a refund.

Wanted to give no stars but not allowed. Ordered and paid for a hoodie in November, despatched 4th December and now lost. Only reply from an email I sent was a generic one telling me they will reply in 3 working days over a 10 DAYS ago. More emails sent and no reply. Royal Mail have said whitefox have to refund me. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The biggest scam going , literally 1000s of parcels have gone missing , it’s too much of a coincidence for it to happen on such a large scale. White Fox do not care at all. They have taken everyone’s money; spoilt Christmas and turned their back on the chaos caused
For info , ordered £260 worth clothes in Black Friday Sale on 25.11.24, was dispatched on 27.11.24 and it’s mysteriously gone missing (along with many other peoples 🤔) to date, White Fox have failed to reply to any email / message
Non existent after sales service AVOID AVOID
This company has terrible after sales service. I ordered a track suit for my granddaughter for Christmas in November. On wrapping I thought it looked very big so tried it on her and it swamped her. I reordered in a smaller size as I didn’t want her to be disappointed with the intention of returning the original purchase for a refund. This has proved impossible. On looking to generate a returns slip I had the message that the item was ‘not eligible for return’ as it was outside the ridiculously short 14 day returns window. I sent email and after email and have not recieved one reply. There is no phone number to call. Then I noticed on their website they had extended their returns policy over the Christmas period for items ordered between 4-23 December. I tried to return the items again only to receive the messages - yep you've guessed it the order was ‘ineligible for return’ because I had ordered it in November!! Several more emails were met with a deafening silence. So here I am stuck with a new tracksuit I don’t want, six emails down and almost £100 out of pocket. Terrible terrible after sales service.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! I ordered a hoodie for my daughter a week ago:
1. It should have been dispatched the same day (according to their website)
2. No dispatch info
3. You can only email in the UK and they are ignoring that
4. You can't track the order until they've dispatched it
5. Forgotten password proceed on website ( trying to login and track on there) doesn't work
I feel this is a scam and I will be reporting them to my bank ASAP.
Don't waste your time or money with these guys.
Daughter has been desperate for a white…
Daughter has been desperate for a white fox hoodie so decided to order early for Christmas. Ordered Sunday arrived on Thursday. Was worried after seeing reviews here after ordering but I’ve had a great experience.
Very poor customer service & poor service in general
Ordered a sweatpants & hoodie set for my daughter’s birthday, 3-4 day postag. 3 days later I get the sweatpants only, I emailed them to let them know & days later get a reply we will look into it & by now the birthday had gone. Then a total of 9 days later get a reply to say the rest of your order will be dispatched asap thanks & that was all, so terrible service & really poor customer service. Be aware of this when ordering people

I purchased track bottoms and matching hoodie for my daughter as a gift. I used the sizing chart provided by WF but when they arrived the hoodie were huge. I tried to speak to WF but they are only available via email, not a quick option. Due to the long winded process of returning item for a credit ( cheapest way) I returned the item via royal mail for a refund back to my card. This is the only option available and at a cost of £6. This is more expensive than the original cost for WF to send me two items! To add insult to injury when I tried to re order the hoodie it had increased in price by £10 because apparently it is now trending🤷♀️
Next issue they provide a discount code for money of next order so I thought good I will save in the hyped up new price but NO the code didn’t work, apparently codes only work if you spend over £60!!! Nowhere on the advert does it state this, you have to find that little nugget of information in the TC’s buried on another part of their website. I wish I had never shopped on this site it’s an absolute rip off. Their marketing team do an amazing job of hiding just how bad this company is!!!
Don't bother - you will be disappointed!
Ordered goods from them on 5th Dec with a delivery time quoted of 3-5 days. Look at social media, people have been waiting 3 months with no dispatch of their goods. They ignore messages too. Don't bother - you will be disappointed!
