Wanting to invest in property with a limited amount of funds was a bit daunting, but Tom Mills at Emergence just made it all possible and with ease.
From the first zoom meeting to the first rental income in our bank, he has been by our side. He put up with my silly questions and everything that he planned and scheduled happened. There were no surprises, the refurbishment came in on budget and just slightly over time (I think that is just normal with builders!). The property search was swift, the refurb was a high standard and we now have good tenants, all sourced by Emergence. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and the team and I am now looking to purchase another property.

Superb company to work with. Tom and the team helped me achieve my first BRR. From their guidance on the property and area to go choose through to all renovation works to the final sparkling and beautiful end result. Put your trust in Tom and his team, they are great.

Being my first remote property investment and doing my due diligence on whether to proceed with Emergence or not, I was provided confidence through several calls and emails with Tom at Emergence of the process and also getting feedback from others who have used Emergence. I took the plunge and went ahead with them to find me a property which they did and required a 2 week turnaround to completion (sellers request) which they did!
Throughout the whole process i was provided weekly updates and any question or concerns i had, they were responded swiftly.
The refurb did have some building issues which was out of their control and Emergence were very professional and resolved these using their contacts and providing me with regular updates.

I am now going through the same process and purchasing my second property through them and have the confidence that Emergence will successfully complete this project too with a high standard.

We went with the full source to order product and they successfully found us a great property to invest, carried out a great refurb and then quickly rented it too. Would recommend them highly.

Tom and the team at Emergence have been great from start to finish. The process has been smooth and well communicated throughout. Renovation timescale was on track, costings slightly increased due to material costs but that was to be expected.

I have worked with Tom and his team for a year now and I could not recommend them highly enough. I've worked with a couple of sourcing teams in the past and have had a mixed experince.

Tom & Emergence changed my mind on this, they have been open and transparent throughout the process (i think we're on number 6 now?), costs have been accurate, places have all been rented in under two weeks.

As with all things property, there are speedbumps (often with mortgage companies) however Emergence has been both patient and helpful throughout.

I've been working with Tom and Emergence Property since March this year. After two failed attempts at securing my first investment property, I came across Tom on Facebook and arranged a call. I've never looked back. Found a property in a few weeks, handled everything on my behalf and I'm on the verge of requesting Emergence make a start to look for property number 2 for me.
I work full time and finding someone I trust 100% to deal with things was everything! The whole process ran smoothly (as smoothly as buying properties can go) and have Emergence to thank for that. Being new to property, I've used suggestions made by Tom for people like Brokers, Solicitors etc and have found they all work together perfectly making things so much easier to deal with. Tom and his team has been amazing! From sourcing the property, refurbishing and letting, they have been followed through. The most impressive part to me was Tom provided weekly updates on the refurb with photos, he explained to me immediately when this is a delay(which is perfectly fine to me as long as I am fully aware what is going on).
