Looking to go again soon !
Been working with Tom and Ollie for the last 4-5 months on an exciting opportunity that they presented to me. Not only have they been very professional in their approach but they communication on the project thus far has been very transparent - not to mention, regular. As I am a hands off investor, their service offering is perfect as they took care of the property from acquisition to now being managed by them whilst in the refurbishment phase. It is great because every end of the week I get a complete update of what has transpired over the week including what has happened and solutions ! Not to mention the pictures I receive along with it. They are a pleasure to work with and look forward to completing this project and working on the next one with them in the near future.

Honest and trust worthy company
Their hard work and extensive knowledge of the property market in the County Durham / North East England area, has enabled me to take a very hands off approach in investing in property in those areas.
They've helped guide me through the buying, refurbishment and rental process and are always available to answer any questions / help with mortgage / conveyancing problems.
Emergence always go the extra mile for their investors and they even found a tenant for my first property, saving me the tenant find fee (£500) the letting agency would normally charge.

I was in a 'time poor, cash rich' situation when I came across Emergence Property. As I worked in the city I was earning well, however I didn't have the time to research the best place to invest my money, however I did know property would be a good place to start. Tom & Ollie guided me through the whole process and gave me a completely 'hands off' experience, they sourced me an investment property, managed the build and even found me tenants! I have been very happy with the service as I was always kept updated and they did what they said they would. I'm now enjoying 25%+ returns from the comfort of my own home!!
