2 great quality ball pits

Bought an amazing ball pit in 2021, it’s still played with regularly and a great hit with visitors. Quality is amazing and being able to choose a mix of colours for the balls meant it fitted in with the rest of our furnishings.
The product was so good, that I purchased another in 2024 for a friend. Their children love it as much as mine 😁

5* isn't enough❤️

We purchased a ball pit and soft play set back in 2020 and it is still going strong, after 3 kids! Delivery and customer service was absolutely fab. We wouldn't buy from anywhere else and we are looking to purchase some extension bits soon!

Best soft play

My son absolutely loves his soft play and whenever we have other children round to play their parents always comment how lovely it is. We have used it a lot and it’s still in great condition

Excellent products

Purchased twice from this company for both of my young children. Products are exactly what I ordered and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend a purchase from whittle bird.

Midi Step and Slide

Item arrived quickly. I felt compelled to write a review 2 years on (purchased back in 2022) as our now 4 year daughter has endless play with the slide and it is of such good quality. The step and slide is still in great condition.

Extremely poor customer service

21.10.25 - another Edit in connection to their reply on my review. The email they are referring to are the ones asking me to remove the review. A refund has been issued in July which is stated below. I replied to the company saying thank you and that I had received the refund. They have since sent me a few emails asking me to remove my review. I am not removing the review as it is important that other people hear about the negative experience from the company and therefore think twice about ordering from them.

Edit - this issue has now been resolved on the 17th July and a refund has been received.

Extremely poor customer service. Wish I never ordered from this company.
Bought a ball pit for my boy’s first Christmas. Started using the ball pit in March and noticed it was extremely misshapen despite trying to fix the cover. Emailed the company with picture evidence. We are now in July and this issue is still not resolved!!! So far I have been promised:
- a new ball pit twice
- a courier to collect and fix the current ball pit twice
- a full refund
- a phone call
None of these things have ever materialised and I have had to send countless emails in order to get a response. Whenever I do get a reply there is excuse after excuse. It’s such a shame that a small company selling lovely products has such poor customer service. Sadly for me this saga is not over. I’d advice everyone to find another company to order from.

Wrong colour square ball pit
Sent us the wrong colour square ball pit after lots of emails they was going to send out covers, still awaiting to receive covers with the tracking link saying nothing and it’s been over 30 days since I placed an order, a real shame as product is good…

My girls love them!

I am so happy with my purchase both my 1 year old and 4 year old are constantly playing in the ball pit, climbing the stairs & slide set and playing with the building blocks. Worth every penny, will be purchasing addition pastel items to complete the set.

Amazing Ballpit!

Great delivery time scales, prices and quality! My little one loves her ballpit that she received for her first birthday. It’s amazing quality and well worth the money - it’s now her new favourite toy and we struggle to get her out of it! 😆 thanks again WhittleBird!

Brilliant service

Brilliant service
Amazing customer service. I ordered this item without checking the delivery timescale first and realised I would not have it in time for my twins 2nd birthday. Upon contacting them I was told it was very unlikely I would receive in time as it is a big package the delivery times are true. I requested a refund as didn’t want nothing on the twins birthday then few days later advised they had managed to express deliver for me and I would have it on time. Was delivered the day before, great customer service boys absolutely loved theyre step and slide

What a useless waste of time ordering…

What a useless waste of time ordering from Whittlebirduk. So we started off not recieving any confirmation emails or anything except for from paypal. I contacted them via email and got rude ignorant emails that took days for responses. The team behind them were so rubbish in the replies. She eventually found my order told be it’d be with me in a few working days and stopped replying. Queue still no information. So I contacted there Instagram and got some short responses. Turned out paypal had sent my email wrong so that got corrected by them and I received the tracking.

Then the parcel courier EVRI delayed the parcel by three days due to it being “bigger than expected” as a parcel receiver you can’t even contact them yourself and after trying for days to get hold of whittlebird it was useless trying to sort the delay. Eventually whittlebird offered to call them but couldn’t tel me anything I didn’t already know on the online tracking, still not fully convinced they even bothered to ring!

Then a few days later the soft play turned up. Minus many few balls and honestly we can’t be arsed to battle with the rubbish replies to get the right amount of balls so lesson learnt. Use a bigger company with better communication, attitude and with an effort to actually want to help customers and be responsive!

Won’t be ordering again and won’t ever be recommending! Thanks for stress and a rubbish experience!

Unfortunately as the wrong email was given when making the order via our website, all communication that was sent to you didn’t reach you. It took a while for us to find your order due to this however the delivery was still made within the time given at check out and we tried to respond to emails as quickly as possible. We did speak to EVRI when they delayed your order due to the size and requested this was delivered as soon as possible.

Soft Play Hire Equipment

I used Whittlebird UK to purchase soft play equipment for my soft play hire company ( Little Softies Soft Play). All the equipment is excellent quality and the owner is helpful and friendly. The whole process was faultless and will definitely use again when I want to expand my collection. 5*

We bought a Climb and Roll set for my…

We bought a Climb and Roll set for my daughter’s first birthday in November 2022, now after over a year of having it, it’s a firm favourite and something she plays with almost everyday, especially when any other kids come round! Really recommend, it’s a great set at a really competitive price (we looked around a bit before purchase). Not to mention the customer service, they’re really quick to reply to emails and Instagram messages, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying something from them x

Great product and excellent customer service

we ordered the step and slide for our little boy for Christmas. We left ordering late so didn't expect this to arrive before Christmas however the company and delivery courier managed to get this to us before!! Amazing customer service and the product is excellent quality. Our little one and his friends and cousins have already made good use of it. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.
