The kids haven’t stopped playing with it since Christmas Day. We have made a car, castle, house, stepping stones and a slide on the stairs. the kids have asked for another one so we can build more things so we are now saving up for another. Worth the purchase and I will recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic quality ball pit bought for our granddaughter… she loves it!

I ordered this for my Grandchildren, aged 3 and 1. They both love it. The quality is great, it is light so doesnt hurt if it falls on them but at the same time will take their jumping and rolling around on it. Looks lovely as a little sofa in their play room.

We received the step & slide within the delivery time frame provided when ordering (end of November for Christmas delivery).
Very happy with the quality of this item and my 11 month old loves it!

Great Birthday / Christmas present

I bought a step and slide for my grand son 2 years ago and all the children love playing and even just laying / sitting on it. So I bought another one for my other daughter’s baby for this Christmas! It is a no brainier good quality easy to clean and WHITTLEBIRDUK Always has some good deals, I also got them both a ball pit.

I’m in love with my daughters new step and slide and ball pit. She is getting more confident in climbing due to it and my 7 yo son is also enjoying it! Haha. Great communication from seller too ⭐️

This play sofa has exceeded my expectations. The material on the cushions is just right to be soft and yet have enough grip to stack and play with easily. The many different cushion shapes provide lots of options for building and play. The foam is just right - enough support to be comfortable for an adult sitting on it but soft enough to be comfortable and cosy. We absolutely love it!

We ordered a step and slide soft play for our little boy’s 1st birthday. It was delivered when they said it would be and in great condition. It seems really sturdy and well made. My only regret is buying the white and grey one, as I’m sure it won’t stay white for long 😆

Purchased the play sofa for my 3 kids aged 9, 7 and 8 months and it was a massive hit! They have had hours of fun and enjoying playing with it every day. The purchase process was simple and delivery was quick, well packaged and fabulous quality! We really love the sofa and enjoy movie nights in forts as well as making cars. Brilliant for all ages! Got this for my daughter’s first birthday and it’s perfect! Easy to clean, pretty colours (pastel) and good quality. I was worried it was going to be too small but it’s a great size. I was actually expecting it to be delivered next week but had a pleasant surprise when it turned up yesterday!

I placed an order on 7th September and received most of it by 27th September, however 1 item didn’t arrive. I waited a bit longer but then realised all my items were marked as delivered, however this item wasn’t even dispatched even though it was paid for and was on my email receipt, so I emailed explaining the situation. No reply, even though it says they reply within 24-48 hours, so I messaged on Instagram instead. They did reply on Instagram but only to ask which item was missing (they would have known that if they read my emails), no ‘Sorry about that’ or ‘I’ll look into it for you’ It’s now been a further week and a half and I haven’t got anywhere because they don’t reply. Unfortunately I now have no other option but to report them to Trading Standards and contact the fraud team at my bank because they have £130 of my money and I have no item and no sign of getting that item either.

The website looks great, so I presume they’ll get lots of Christmas orders, but please if you’re reading this stay away because you’ll end up with very disappointed children and being out of pocket like I am.

The play sofa is brilliant, feels durable and sturdy, but also comfortable to sit on.
Customer service was also brilliant. Emails responded to Almost straight away outside of regular business hours and resolved my issue really fast, which was a second accidental order.
Delivery was as stated, no complaints there.

So far really disappointed in the service. Step and slide was ordered on the 25th September for a birthday on the 8th October, which fits within the advertised timeline.due to no updates on the tracking site the delivery was checked on the 4th and an email was returned same day to advise it would be delivered on the 6th. When followed up on the 6th no response and still no delivery on the tracker. Also no phone number. This will now be delivered after the birthday and therefore not satisfactory at all. Firstly to have a response and then be ignored is not good customer service.

Update. Following up from this I went to the local depot for parcel force who were able to locate the packages and they were collected in time. I have also since had a reply, so have adjusted the review accordingly.

Love this sofa! There’s so many ways it can be played with! I knew my 2 boys would love it and they do! It’s really good quality and really nice fabric too, would definitely recommend, it’s an expensive piece but I know we will get our monies worth! We’ve previously bought a soft play set too from whittlebird and again it’s an expense but we’ve had that 3 years now and still looks almost new and gets played with all the time even after 3 years!
