My wife and I are recent arrivals in Portugal, going through the process to apply for residency. Celia was recommended to us by Serenity, and we were immediately impressed by her expertise, her willingness to adapt herself to our schedule, and her caring attitude. With her help, the process of obtaining health insurance was straightforward and quite fast. We would heartily recommend her to anyone new to Portugal who needs health insurance! She took a lot of time with me given my lack of any fluency in Portuguese, including going over documents that we’re not translatable into English.
