Quality control risk
I ordered a Gaiga Liver Detox medicine and unfortunately I received a expired medicine lucky I notice it and nothing terrible happened to me. Such a bad experience to wait another shipment for them to able to send a new medicine and the worst part is I received a different medicine. Common guys I pay for medicine and service. It's negligence and careless on your company. No proper quality control.

Multiple orders lost and refusing refund
Original product was lost in transit, had to order again and now the product is missing for almost three months and whizz refuses to give me a refund for it since they claim it's stuck in customs....for two months!

Misleading product info & shipping costs
We purchased a pedal boat on Whizz.ae./Whizzcart.com. The price tag attached to the product when delivered was US$549.99. The price charged by Whizz was Saudi Riyal 41,181(equivalent to US$10,981).The website only gave an aggregate price incl the product price, logistical expenses, transaction fees, packaging, shipping, and handling charges as one price.The price of the product and the logistical expenses, transaction fees, packaging, shipping, and handling charges necessary for delivery of the product to Saudi Arabia from the USA were not separately/clearly identified. Hadit been, we may not have proceeded with the purchase - the additional costs against the price of the product are out of proportion to the product price and would not have merited making the purchase. We believe that the make-up of the pricing information was not clearly stated.

This is certainly not misleading as complete information was clearly displayed to you with full transparency before you agreed to proceed whereby you did make an informed decision to do the payment as anyone would do when buying any product online or offline as the price you saw displayed is what you agreed to pay.
In your response dated 16th May 2024, you have stated that the same product is available on Amazon and other websites for $900 choosing to overlook the fact that the cost of shipping this internationally is not included within this price of $900. The product is a very large and bulky item whereby the volumetric weight is used to determine the cost of shipping this by air internationally using an express freight carrier. In addition to the shipping costs there are various other costs for Whizz which includes, but not limited to, handling, warehousing, logistics, insurance and export related operations.
Amazon and other sellers do not ship this product to Saudi Arabia as they only ship locally within USA as you can see from the screenshot attached.
Furthermore, on the product page on our website it clearly states the following:
"Imported from USA - the price stated includes logistical expenses, transaction fees, packaging, shipping, and handling charges necessary for shipping to your destination / country"

The product price SAR 41,181.00 was clearly shown on the product page even before you decided to purchase this boat and you also opted to go through the process of clicking on the ADD TO CART button after seeing this price and thereafter you navigated to the Checkout page where the price was also clearly stated as SAR 41,181.00 and thereafter you decided to proceed with the purchase of this boat at that displayed price. At that time, prior to payment, had you felt that this price was not suitable for you, then you would have not completed the order on our website at that point. Evidently, you accepted the total price SAR 41,181.00 as displayed to you and you completed the payment on 1st March 2024 at that total price.
We are very surprised that you would complain about the price ONLY after you received the delivery without taking into consideration the very high costs that were paid by us to have this product sent to you from USA to Saudi Arabia.
This is certainly not misleading as complete information was clearly displayed to you with full transparency before you agreed to proceed whereby you did make an informed decision to do the payment as anyone would do when buying any product online or offline as the price you saw displayed is what you agreed to pay.
There is no case whatsoever of being overcharged as explained above that there are very high cost incurred by us in getting this item in the USA and then to have it exported and shipped to Saudi Arabia. You may even contact DHL locally in Saudi Arabia and get a quote from them so that you can see how much it costs to ship a product of this size and weight from there to USA with insurance so that it may give you a real indication and a better understanding of the costs involved when shipping such a large, bulky and heavy product internationally.
The dimensions and weight are as below:
Length: 244 cm
Width: 161 cm
Height: 77 cm
Actual Weight: 68kg
Volumetric Weight: 604.97kg
605kg is the weight that is used to determine the shipping costs as the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight.

Very bad service I bought two items…
Very bad service I bought two items from them, on 25/2/2024 expedited delivery to receive it before 3/3/2024, until today 8/3/2024, I didn’t get anything, I phoned so many times (hard to reach them) or by email they keep saying tomorrow or the day after you will get your shipment but I didn’t get anything also no tracking information it’s stopped on the day 2/3/2024 nothing after that, they don’t answer the WhatsApp messages. They refunded the expedited delivery fees on my account in whizz not back to my bank account to use it again on their products. Tried to get in touch with anyone in charge but the costumer services said no one is in charge only by email. They are not explaining what is going on.
