i have not bought anything yet but i have sent there inquiry (about a product) in the last month Feb (by email) and one this month no one replied back or got back to me. is this the service i expect from even before i buy the product? i even tried calling them on their phone number no answer

Unreliable
Unreliable! Placed an order, stated that the item was going to be delivered in 5-6 days which was less compare to other e-commerce. Used Whizz purely because of the quicker delivery, received an email on 28th August that the item is on the way and will be delivered before 1st September. It is 7th of September no item and no further communication from them. When I tried to email multiple times, no answer to my query about the delay. Called them, refused to refund me money and was told that I just have to wait but they are unable to confirm the actual delivery date. If I knew that they would mess me around like that, would have purchased from a different reliable platform and had my item delivered by now without going back and forwards.

Avoid, feels like a scam
Seems a common practice from the reviews that I read
You make an order, they take the money, several days after the sale they email/call you saying the item is “unavailable” and if you still want it, now it’s at least double, triple the price.
Coincidentally claiming the supplier has had a “problem” & withdrew their product, and the next supplier has it but for double/triple the price.
Even if it was true which i believe it’s not,
Why advertise without checking stock? Why make a sale without checking stock?
Why would it take you several days to realise?
As I told them ...
This act is an infringement of consumer rights and does not meet UAE trading standards, If I had the time I would of made a complaint to the consumer protection department in the ministry of economy as they are breaking federal laws.

VERY UPSETTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, i cancelled my order on the same day I ordered it, then its been 3 days now I am contacting with my bank and with them.. the customer service says THEY DID NOT CHARGE AND REFUNDED THE PAYMENT to me on the same day I CANCELLED my Order, but until now IT IS NOT REFUNDED.. they are insisting that they already did their part, but doesnt have any evidences to support it, my bank advises me to ASK FROM them the document or transaction number... after I asked them they IGNORED MY EMAILS... THIS IS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I even spent loads for calling them and my bank repeatedly. NOT RECOMMENDED

We would be more than happy to provide you with the proof that the the refund has been done as these are done immediately and automatically when any order is cancelled.
When an order is cancelled the amount that was pre-authorized (blocked) simply gets voided which means it will no longer appear on your card or bank statement at all. You can check this on your online banking statement or you can also confirm this by calling your bank.
When you place an order the amount is only pre-authorised (blocked) but you were not actually charged although you got an SMS from your bank when you placed the order. We only capture the payment once we process your order and in this case your order was cancelled so we did not proceed with capturing the amount held. In other words you will not see the initial transaction on your statement.
Therefore we would recommend that you send us a copy of your statement showing the charge so that we can check this for you and also check with our financial service provider for any error on their side as it may be a delay by your bank in being released or credited.

I purchased an old Playstation 3
I have purchased an old Playstation and I received it in a perfect condition. I was informed all along the buying ans shipping process about the availability of the product. Once I started to use it I faced some technical issues as I have only European PS old games that wouldn't be supported by the PS3 who is American. Therefore, I asked for help to Whizz and they took time to do researches before coming back to me with information that was useful. They have always been responding fast all along the process. I will surely order from them again.
