The transaction and selection of product is simple and easy to use. Website very user friendly and delivery is quite fast. Quality of produce and mindful packaging is excellent.

The choice of healthy foods is excellent. The communication and delivery notice also excellent.

In all honesty I found the site by chance. I was looking for a specific item, and this was the only site that came up with the item I was looking for.

I browsed through the other produce and chose to make an order. I'm very glad I did. My first order arrived on time and the produce was very good and well worth the price I paid.

The service was excellent. I was informed when it had been dispatched, and when the courier was on the way.

I was contacted a number of time by the staff each time expressing their thanks for choosing them to supply the items I required. They were very friendly and very polite.

I have since made 3 other orders from them. I know I could get similar produce locally, but that would mean shopping around, and personally I prefer to get everything I require from one supplier as long as the produce is worth it.

And from WholeFoodsBox it really is great value for money. The products they sell are excellent. They are fresh, very good quality. Extremely well packaged so the is no damage to whatever is in the box.

The staff, in all the emails I have had with them are extremely polite and friendly. I have no problem recommending them to anyone. At the very least give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Nicely packaged and good delivery timing. The potatoes were slightly on the small side and being quite knobbly were difficult to clean - however scrubbed them and roasted - they were fine !

I discovered this company quite by chance whilst searching for particular products. I was pleased with the service, delivery and tally of the products that I have continued to order from them.

It’s first time buying anything on whole foods box. It was the best experience I’ve had, from easy to navigate website to the easy tracking of your orders to the packaging and to the delivery service. My order was packed safely and even though it was a perishable good, I was able to get it still in tact and frozen. I wasn’t around at the time it was delivered and got back in the night to get it and it blew my mind that it wasn’t melted. I love everything about the delivery and will be buying more things in the future.

WholeFoodsBox is a great company. The choice of Vegan cheese is fantastic. The artisan cheese is first class and I will most definitely be making many more purchases here. The delivery time is very quick too.

Always a great store online for finding those really hard to find yummies! I’ve been purchasing their purple potatoes for a long time now. As well as excellent freezer choices. Always excellently packaged and arrives in good shape. Thanks also for the little freebie in the last order, so kind!

I loved the range of products. The quality of it is great and it arrived in due time. My only slight criticism is that the item that wasn’t available wasn’t communicated to me and refunded to me until after my package was received. That is only a minor thing as it was done automatically without me prompting.

I've placed two ice cream orders with WholeFoodsBox recently and I'm overall happy with how they went. Some items were flagged as out-of-stock after order placement but they were refunded. There were a few item labelling issues which were also easily resolved after I reached out to their team. The delivery itself was great - securely packaged ice cream in cold packaging, and promptly delivered.

This is a scam site. It's sitting top of sponsored Google results. All the positive reviews are in AI speak. All the negative reviews are very, very damning.

I ordered an item that I've been looking for everywhere as they said they had 6 in stock. The shipping was very expensive so I decided to add another item to warrant it a little more, however they then shipped my add on item and only after that told me the other item was discontinued. So I didn't get the original item I wanted and I paid expensive shipping for an add on item I can get in my local shop.

It's written Pakistani mangoes and they charge premium price for it. However, they sent some random mangoes and 2 pieces were already soft. Not Pakistani mangoes i.e sindhri or chaunsa. With the receipt they just scribbled with pen that out of stock.

No way to contact them as neither do they reply via email nor via telephone. Regretted wasting 22 pounds for random 4 mangoes 2 of which were already bad.

Avoid,it's a con.
You only receive parts of your order and then they say it is legal but it's not.

There's amazing variety to choose from. Kokoa Collection White Hot Chocolate is really delicious. I eat the chocolate as is. It's too delicious to actually make into a hot chocolate. I can't stop eating the chocolate discs. Organic The Best Castor Oil is great. I've been using it on my face, eyelashes and eyebrows and my skin looks better for it. I can highly recommend this product.

Prompt and organised delivery. Only the best quality ingredients are delivered which I am very pleased with. They have a wide range of organic products and fruit and veg so you will sure to find the thing you are looking for. They also make sure that your frozen goods stay frozen with dry ice which is a big bonus.
