The Wauwatosa store is disappointing
I am usually a big fan of Whole Foods. The Wauwatosa store's customer service desk has disappointed us more than once. We're a Prime member, and we were going there weekly, buying a cartful. More than once, our bill totaled over $500. This last disappointment was that they refused to take back a purchase that was part of a national food recall without a receipt, even though the product's customer service had told me to bring the purchase back to them for credit. They were rude and didn't care; they turned and walked away from us after saying, 'No, you need a receipt, period.' We became ill from the product, and don't blame them, but we had counted on them to do the right thing - take back the recalled product, regardless of whether we had a receipt or not. They sold a defective product. We've found several local stores that carry many of the same foods at cheaper prices, so this has worked out for us in that regard, but it still bothers us that they were so abrasive. Other Whole Foods stores have more caring and dedicated staff. If you're in the area, consider skipping this store and heading to downtown Milwaukee, where you'll find a much kinder experience for customers.
Inconsiderate prices.
The only store near me and I don't have a car. I can barely afford to care for myself at Whole Foods. Greedy company. Not with the times. Out of touch and out of line.
Rude workers
Location : Union, NJ , Springfield Av
Rude and unpleasant staff. They should have mandatory courses in Trader Joe’s how to be helpful and nice with customers!
Mystery broccolini
Not sure what happened with our order but instead of 2 lbs broccoli we got 5 lbs plus some broccolini? Instead of some avocados we got ALL the avocados. It will be impossible to use all this before it rots.
Generally I buy from other markets
Generally I buy from other markets. Today I had a product to return through Amazon. Purchased spinach and shoulder lamb chops for dinner, and amazed at the toughness and grissly meat despite prep for their toughness. The spinach, well rinsed was full of sand or perhaps glass, couldnt tell. Threw it out. Sure was surprised!
whole foods sucks
zero stars...over priced for mediocore products. they charge $2 for yogurt thats 75 cents at walmart. and $3 for a 32 oz bottle of allegedly "organic" milk smh. "organic" labeling is just a phony scam so they can charge you more. ill never shop here again

I was just there trying to order some steaks and chicken the guy behind the counter a black slender man was texting on his phone
I called his attention 3 times and finally when he realized a customer was standing in front of him he said one moment and continued to text for a while till he said ok what is that you want I told him nothing and walked away disappointed this is unreal how can someone have such individual working for them I would of dismissed him
Mostly the items delivered and delivery…
Mostly the items delivered and delivery are ok. When there is a problem (rotten box o lettuce or perishable item past expiration date) you can’t submit a return because the return page doesn’t ever load! I’ve been watching the page circle load for over an hour now!
Who thinks a substitution for a gluten…
Who thinks a substitution for a gluten free apple pie would be a birthday cake filled with gluten
Who thinks the site where you can identify the item to b e credited should work
Who thinks that the customer service link doesn’t for to Whole Foods
Who want a talk with three difficult to understand customer service reps
And stay in the line for nearly and hour
Last order for delivery from Whole Foods
I witnessed a disturbing incident at…
I witnessed a disturbing incident at the Whole Foods store in Mississauga, where a customer in a wheelchair was treated poorly by staff. I felt compassion for her as she requested assistance, but the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I stepped in and requested to speak to the manager on her behalf, the manager's response was also rude and unprofessional. As a witness, I was disturbed by the lack of respect and dignity shown to the customer.
I urge Whole Foods to provide better training for staff on disability awareness and customer service, ensure managers are equipped to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, and foster a culture of inclusivity and respect for all customers.
Is I could give 0 stars
Is I could give 0 stars, I would. Overpriced, over-marketed, disgusting-tasting items. Items are just about single serve but the price is bulk.
Prepare to work
Not only does this place sell overpriced garbage that contains seed oils but the employees have the nerve to stand there doing nothing while making customers check themselves out. F this place!

I can say nothing positive about this…
I can say nothing positive about this company.... they're nothing but crooks, too expensive, and take advantage. Their food is nothing to brag amount. So I guess the words here says a lot about this company and the people who run it. You can keep whole foods it's not to be admired.
'As Advertised on TV?' Perhaps not!
Whole Foods has been running TV ads touting lower costs through the store, urging customers to look for 'yellow' sales signs. So, on a recent visit to WF, I paid closer attention to the prices of items and I didn't see where there were very many items that could be considered steeply discounted. Some flavored sparkling water (in cans) was on sale, but other grocers carry the same product and often at a comparable 'sale' price. The prices of 365 brand items like tortilla chips and vitamin or electrolyte infused hydration drinks are comparable to prices at other grocers, yet prices for their special organic 'pressed' juices are significantly HIGHER ( over 6 to almost 7 dollars each) than at other stores. Their selection of some items was skimpy. They reformulated the recipe for 365 Woven Wheat crackers a while back, adding seed oil in with the wheat and salt! Are they still committed to healthy foods or just profits? There is also confusing signage in the store when it comes to 'regular sale' prices that are to be extended to any customer vs. the additional discount for Prime members. Mobile phones are now required to get the Prime discounts. To make matters worse, some of the staff didn't seem to understand that there are other sales in the store that don't require Prime and that might not be keyed into the register as a 'yellow' price -- such as the 'in-store special' on two specific plate meals from the deli that were an additional percentage off -- but a lower percentage than with Prime. I needed to be pretty assertive to get the cashier to understand that there were two levels of sales in the store--not just Prime! She called a manager who got surly and in a rude huff said, "Give 'em the two dollars! We've got to keep the line moving!" So much for 'customer service with a smile' and for having a strong incentive to keep shopping there.
Don't Do Amazon Returns at Whole Foods
So I'm only reviewing the Whole Foods Market Amazon drop-off for return items. I dropped off a book and another item. I know the QR code was scanned, or I thought he scanned it, but it shows on my Amazon account does not even show that it has been returned. This was April 8th and today is the 12th. So I'm out a book (to return) and this is actually the second time I'm missing the return. They never give you anything for the return because you trust that they process it. Well, now I know don't do returns at Whole Foods, do the Amazon returns at Kohl's, they give you a return receipt. This one is the Whole Foods at Wasdwoth and Belleview in Lakewood, Colorado.
I thought Whole Foods was all about…
I thought Whole Foods was all about healthy foods? I have Celiac. There are very few options and bad choices of brands for gluten free foods. There used to be “Against the Grain” bran for Pizza’s, sandwich bread, waffel’s etc….no longer, Market Basket and even Stop and Shop has better selections. Maybe it’s just the store in Framingham that just doesn’t know how or what to order? What Gives?
RACISM is NOT ACCEPT= JOSUE ASTL
RACISM is NOT ACCEPT! JOSUE ASTL! JOSUE ASTL.... Uhmmm are you not a minority? Have you not seen even all the people being deported for them not being the so called RIGHT/WHITE color? But, you sit and add on to this abuse and chaos! Smdh.... WHOLE FOODS will NOT get my money or my family's money! The fact... no else working there tried to fix this. Is wrong! Sue them and make a your own store that is welcoming to all! JOSUE ASTL should be fired!!!!
Racist Location - Avoid at All Costs!
They have racists working as store managers and security. ASTL Josue is an EMBARRASSMENT and should be fired expeditiously, along with the security who lied about a Black man stealing. Shame on you.
Doesn't seem very black people…
Doesn't seem very black people friendly. You can be thrown out for being a paying customer. Racism at it's finest.
