All Akela food is covered under our Taste Guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened foods (limited to one per customer) or sealed foods (no limit) can be returned to us at your expense. Here are the terms:
1. You need to notify us by e-mail within 30 days of purchase that you wish to make a claim and include your order number (or a copy of your receipt if you ordered via a stockist)
2. You need to send the food back to us in its original packaging at your expense
3. We will check the food, weigh it and provide a refund for the residual weight minus a 10% fee for opened foods.

Very prompt delivery, super customer service, excellent quality food for my 12 year old Collie who struggles with multiple allergies. Since having Akela food he has not had any issues with his digestive system

Nutritious and healthy for my pup
The ingredients are simple and I know what is going in my pup. He’s a typical Frenchie so nearly everything seems to upset his digestion but touch wood he has hardly any issues with Akela dry kibble.

The Akela cat kibble is brilliant the fact that bot cats and kittens can eat it is perfect, as my kitten is constantly at the cat food and refuses to eat her kitten food, so this takes a lot of the stress away of worrying about her wanting food she shouldnt be eating. Even my extremely fussy 6 year old Maine Coon happily tucks in, happy cats happy cat parents
