Paid and canceled same day, no refund and no response
I subscribed to Wholesale2B on [19/08/25] and paid with my credit card using the
. On the same day, I requested cancellation and a full refund because I did not use the service at all.
Despite contacting their support, I received no response. This is unacceptable. Customers should have the right to a refund when the service has not been used and cancellation is requested immediately.
I strongly warn others to be careful before paying Wholesale2B.

I checked your support ticket and could see that it was answered within a day - I say this because I answered it.
You mentioned that you didn't use our services. That is not true, as I mentioned in the reply of the ticket, I see that you've added items to your list, of which 10 are already live in your Amazon account and 2 are in review. I also see that you've completed all the available steps in the checklist for the Amazon integration. As the services were, in fact, utilized, the claim that no service was used stands untrue.
I agree that customers should have a right to refund in case of immediate cancelation request while the services are not being used, but in this case, as you've utilized our services, you're ineligible for a refund as per our Terms of Service.
Wholesale2B is a 21-year-old business supporting over 500K users, so we're well established with delivering the best experience possible. That being said, I've already marked your plan as canceled so you would not be billed further. I would like to clarify that our live chat queries are answered immediately, whereas the support tickets may take upto 24 hours, as those are answered directly by the concerned team members with no middleperson.
