My father operates a small hardware store in our neighborhood, and he relied on this store to place big purchases for tools and light bulbs. We've been ordering from them for years and have never been disappointed. Everything we ordered is complete and functional, and they will deliver everything to you for free because you ordered in bulk. Thank you so much for this store. We will definitely order from you again.

Ordered 5 cartons of deck screws, they were dumped into 3 boxes and called it 5, the website states these are sold by the carton, i contacted Braden, in sales, he said if I wanted to receive the 5 individual cartons ( as ordered) the price would be $24.93 higher per carton than what the website states per carton.
I contacted another company, they said the would always ship in cartons, never dumped in a box
I was a customer with Wholesalebolts for several years, but not anymore
Update: i just received an email from Braden clarifying his intent for price change was not the price of the screws but freight. I change my review to 3 stars, because they should have shipped as ordered.

Rand, Thanks for the response, in this case we would have paid the extra freight for the 5 cartons (or buckets) we have to now repackage this in order ourselves. a task my guys were not happy about.

Bolts were timely shipped and received. However, there was a mix up on the order and Wholesale Bolts quickly responded and shipped the correct bolts. The best customer service I've ever received.

Gotten a 5 except FedEx shipping.. FedEx sucks, period.. WholesaleBolts will be my go bolt supplier in the future!! Just don't hold your breath getting anything delivered in a timely manner from FedEx...........
