AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have ordered solar panels from them and at the end of the day received a phone call and guy said that they don't have them in stock. Noe waiting for 3 days to get a refund, called them and they said that I'll get it in 3-4 working days!!
And yet if I go on their website it says that they do have em on stock but they don't. Absolute joke and waste of time!!!

After my previous review and asking for a refund, they took the maximum time to respond, preventing me to do the chargeback process. The response was "Order #7XXXXXws was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded."
as well as "It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account". Effectively they take your money, collect interest, have NO intension to deliver and only at the last resort refund you. BTW The item I have ordered is still showing as "over 17000 in stock...."

Highly recommended! Archie found the most suitable panels at the best price, and delivery was fast which is a bonus! There was a bit of a mix up with the panels on the first delivery, but Archie was great in sorting it out, and arranging collection and re-delivery.

Was nervous to order as hadn’t used these guys before but everything went smoothly and the 14 panels I ordered arrived promptly. I had calls from Archie to keep me up to date on delivery.
Would recommend and would definitely use again.

I was able to purchase single items which require multiples with other suppliers. The carriage costs were very reasonable too for the north of Scotland.
I received a helpful phone call from sales even for my small order to advise on expected delivery date.

Poor communication and advertising
Found this supplier through google search said free delivery but end of the order charged for it, when I called I was advised it was an error and going to correct the advertisement,
Never had delivery information have to chase up, finally received the goods after 8 days but it came next day of schedule time
Waited for a partial refund 2 weeks with several chasing up,
Need serious improvement with customer service and communication.

Needed to source quite a few panels for a residential project. I found everything I needed but had some questions before buying as it was my first time using solar panels.

The team was great in understanding my requirements and were delivered in good time ahead of installation.

Will be using these guys again.
