The real value showed up after installation. Everything arrived exactly as expected, well protected and clearly handled by someone who knows industrial logistics. . The work on site went smoothly, without improvisation. When a supplier removes uncertainty instead of adding it, it quietly becomes part of your standard process.

**Positive:** Email responses are fairly quick and the prices are reasonable.
**Negative:** However, delivery and shipping costs seem excessive — more than €33 for a small parcel (probably around 2–3 kg). My order was placed a week ago and still hasn’t been shipped. It turns out that the “in stock” label does not guarantee fast dispatch (this is mentioned in their terms and conditions), and shipping can apparently take anywhere from 1 to 10 days — closer to 10 in my case.
In my opinion, when you charge €33 for shipping/logistics, the process should be flawless, especially for a very simple order: six units of a single product. The explanation from customer service was that my order comes from two different warehouses (for the same item?) and is then sent to a third logistics site before final dispatch. This doesn’t seem very efficient to me.
I will update my review once I receive the goods.
EDIT : I keep this notation, as I didn't receive my order on time...
They call me to explain me they tried to optimize delay, but took around 2 weeks for a delivery with a single reference...

The service and response time are really not acceptable. The order was placed on 23 January, and despite the items being marked as “in stock,” there was no update until 28 January. On that date, support advised: “Due to the dangerous goods declaration, there is a surcharge to pay of 520 AED if you wish us to ship with our DHL account.”
This Dangerous Goods surcharge was not disclosed during checkout, where Express DHL was the only shipping option available. After paying the additional fee on 28 January, I was informed that dispatch of the batteries which are listed in stock, would only be expected by the end of the following week (expected 06 February). Since then, there has been no further response from support.
Sasha further explained that the they are a Swiss company and operates with multiple warehouses abroad, stating that delivery times for items marked as “in stock” may vary between 1–10 working days, as the goods must first arrive at their main office before being shipped via DHL Express. This clarification was only provided after the order was placed and payment was made, and it contradicts the reasonable expectation that “in stock” items are ready for immediate dispatch.
Overall, delivery timelines are unclear, additional charges are not transparently communicated at checkout, and customer support response times are extremely slow even during weekdays.

Prices are attractive and delivery is quite fast I think it is my third order but I am satisfied.
TERRIBLE - DO NOT Order if you require the items to be delivered within the timeframe stated when placing an order. I paid £170 for delivery within 7-10 Business days. I am now on 14 Business days waiting and just been told by MARIA and MARTINA on customer chat that it has not yet left the warehouse and I should have contacted them for a QUOTE before placing the order!! TERRIBLE Customer service - Breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015

you place the order to receive in 7 days and then only God knows when you receive will it
Had to pay $40 for express shipping then it takes 2 weeks to arrive and I got stuck with $110 import fee after purchasing the item. Should have been notified of this before hand. It’s in the fine print through the mile long terms of use page.

Great service and easy ordering on the website.
They kept us updated on the delivery process.
I ordered a product that they charge me just about 1/3 of the price for shipping for, then they did not ship it out for over a week even though it shows in stock ready to ship. Now that I don't need it anymore I cannot get in touch with them to cancel the order and they ship it out anyways. When you called their phone number international their service line just hangs up on you. When you try to get help through their website it's just some AI chat that doesn't do anything and when you email them they say they'll get back to you in two hours however I still have not heard from them. Extremely poor customer service and I will likely have to pick it up with my bank to stop discharge as I am not getting any. Edit: in response to their reply I did contact them during working business hours and their customer service phone number isn't answered and they waited until after it was shipped reply to my messages and then said they couldn't do anything about it.

Ordered a 'stock' item 24/11 which was urgent and received 22/12. I tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched to us as I found some elsewhere but they said I couldn't cancel as it was already being moved around their warehouses.. Poor service.
